Located right next to a hospital should things go wrong…this cute little boutique hotel located on the edge of town as you arrive from Tbilisi is the perfect base to explore the wonderful town of Kutaisi. And it is insanely cheap for what you get – a very clean but adequate place to sleep. The hotel is very nice, big pool outside included, we had 2 rooms the rooms were pretty decent, The staff are very friendly, we were late for breakfast and they still let us in take whatever we wanted and basically help you with anything you asked for really r friendly.

The room is OK, the parking space is a bit tight, but overall it's OK. The location is a bit far, you need to take a taxi to the city center. The overall service is OK, but the breakfast is not particularly rich.

Hotel is only so so. Good things is Comfy bed and fresh linens. Everything else is realy in low level. Breakfast is just simply disaster… I would say that the owners of this hotel should visit some other hotel in diferent countires to check what hospitality means.

Good value for money. Rooms have bathrooms and aircon. WiFi is also available. Google map places it in the right location however the map does not show the street correctly, it took us few minutes and a bit of asking around to find the place. They can also help arrange various tours around Kutaisi but wider in Georgia as well.

Great Georgian family owned hotel. You can have breakfast for 12 laris per person. They offer laundry service. Welcome you to the guest room like Kings. They hooked us up with a cheap (150 - 200 laris) trip to butaisi. And as a fare well gift they gave us some of their home made wine. Very clean. Small bathroom. Don’t be surprise if there’s no curtain shower.

Very polite and helpfule personal, friendly atmosphere, Also they are honest in Booking, because, they said, that they have parking space, and the have it!!! We rent a car, and we faced (in Batumi, and in Tbilisi) difficulties, because they did not had parking. This hitel is also near to the city center.

This hotel was surprisingly good. The staff were very helpful and the room & bathroom clean and comfortable. We went in early summer so heating was not a issue, but it did have air-con. The hotel is situated about half-way between the railway station and main square in a quiet side road.

Our stay was perfect! We stayed in triple bedroom on first floor for 6 nights in total. The hotel and our room are very clean and tidy. We were very happy with our room.
