The only 4-star hotel on the road between the airport and Kutaisi. The hotel, room, and bedding were clean. The restaurant and breakfast were not good at all. The neighborhood is isolated and run-down; a car is essential.

The hotel has a great location in the old town center, right by the river and the White Bridge. It's super convenient to walk to the central area for shopping and dining, just a few minutes away. As an international chain hotel, the breakfast was quite ordinary. There wasn't much variety and the area was crowded. What I found really hard to understand was having to pay extra for ordered items, especially considering how expensive one night here is.

A one time visit You only use this place if you have to. The place is clean, very clean indeed, but The room is a room with a bed, that is it! The window could not be open. We booked a four-bed room, but ended up with a three-bed room because the person refused to check out. When we asked for compensation for the cheaper room, there was no compensation. Overall, it's not a serious issue.

The bed was comfortable, the room has everything inside for a short period of stay, a bit nosy in the night but this is because of the road circulation outside. Thanks to the incredibly kind host, I was able to create warm memories of Kutaisi. It's about a 20-minute walk from the city center, and you can walk along the Rioni River along the way, making it a great place for a stroll. I stayed at this hotel with my husband and it was beyond our expectations. The staff was good. Rooms were neat and clean and fridge was full of wines, water, snacks etc. The view from hotel is also beautiful. They serve breakfast individually to everyone and the service is also really nice. And it is insanely cheap for what you get – a very clean but adequate place to sleep. Very good, we stayed one night and the room was spacious and clean. Rich breakfast and on top of that they came to pick us up at the airport without charging us anything at so many in the morning. A surprisingly lovely hotel decorated with paintings by local artists and clay murals of the tale of Jason and the argonauts. It is tucked away in a good location, near to the white bridge and on a street lined with restaurants and wineries.
