The hotel has a great location in the old town center, right by the river and the White Bridge. It's super convenient to walk to the central area for shopping and dining, just a few minutes away. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean, and the front desk staff were really friendly. Breakfast was a bit simple, though.

A nice, cozy room with a large balcony, well-furnished, and clean. The only thing was some marks on the walls, probably from moving furniture. But it didn't spoil the overall experience.

Good place. The breakfast was good, but the only downside was that the lighting was all white.

It was alright overall. We only stayed for one night. The receptionist kindly allowed us to check into our room earlier at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. A 4-star rating seems a bit inflated. The room was small and old, and the cleanliness was just so-so. It was obvious the cleaning wasn't thorough; one of the disposable toothbrush packets was open and empty, which wasn't noticed and wasn't replaced.

Nice historical hotel in the centre of the town easy to walk to many things. Nice big clean rooms with a modern design aesthetic. Very comfortable bed. The piano bar on the roof is open till 23:00 and the noise carries so if you want and early night request rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor. A one time visit You only use this place if you have to. The place is clean, very clean indeed, but The room is a room with a bed, that is it! The window could not be open. Breakfast was here but you would think twice before you take it. Looked like it had stayed there a long time. Coffee was instant😇. At breakfast no staff was to be seen.

It's newly renovated and quite far from the city center. If you have your own car, you might consider it.

We stayed one night only: the hospitality agent (or boss) was nice and friendly - gave us some tips for a place to eat. The bed was comfortable, the room has everything inside for a short period of stay, a bit nosy in the night but this is because of the road circulation outside. A wonderful, interesting hotel in an old building, next to the Colchis Fountain, yet located on a street where you can park your car. Stayed in a single room for 1 day. The views were beautiful it was looking at the city and the cathedral. The breakfast was nice nothing extraordinary. All of the staff were nice! Thanks to the incredibly kind host, I was able to create warm memories of Kutaisi. It's about a 20-minute walk from the city center, and you can walk along the Rioni River along the way, making it a great place for a stroll. I stayed at this hotel with my husband and it was beyond our expectations. The staff was good. Rooms were neat and clean and fridge was full of wines, water, snacks etc. The view from hotel is also beautiful. They serve breakfast individually to everyone and the service is also really nice. Very good, we stayed one night and the room was spacious and clean. Rich breakfast and on top of that they came to pick us up at the airport without charging us anything at so many in the morning.
