We've been staying here for years. It's a wonderful place with incredibly wonderful hosts. There's no other option for us. We've left our car there for extended periods several times. We highly recommend it.

Thanks to the incredibly kind host, I was able to create warm memories of Kutaisi. It's about a 20-minute walk from the city center, and you can walk along the Rioni River along the way, making it a great place for a stroll. The private room, with its own bathroom, and the guest kitchen were also very helpful. I'd definitely return the next time I visit Kutaisi.

Very nice room with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. However, the hotel is a bit far out. But the staff are lovely; they offered to accompany me to buy meals on several occasions. Otherwise, taxis aren't expensive in the country, so it's not a problem at all. I recommend it.

It is located in a housing area. We use waze to drive here. It is a big bungalow, with ample parking space. The main reason I chose this place is because the toilet has bidet. The airbnb was in a great neighbourhood of kutaisi. Located a ten minute walk from city center and many other attractions that the city has to offer. It's a big bungalow house. Mike is super helpful and ever ready to serve. It's like staying in a rich friend's house. The location pinpoint in Google is not accurate and you need to have a car to stay here. Other than that, it's lovely to stay at Mike's place

Technically, this place doesn't exist. You will stay in Argo Palace hotel. This will create some confusion for sure. Hotel itself is ok, nothing to complain about. The only thing is that it may be quite difficult to see somebody. Breakfast is probably more than you can eat. Speaking Russian definitely helps.

We had a private room with clean beds(24GEL for 2 Persons) and I guess it's OK for the price, but when I opened the curtains of our only window there was a brick wall right behind. No air circulation or daylight. Felt like a grave. The dorm looked nicer though.

Great place. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted very warmly by an elderly woman. You can communicate in Russian and English without any problems. Clean rooms, bathroom also normal standard clean. Delicious breakfasts, you can get along every hour and close to the center. I recommend it 100%.

Really amazing guest house, Price is incredibly good owners are very friendly. We came here for one night but stayed more than one. They have a beautiful dog BUBU and really nice garden.
