I was in this hotel a few years ago.

Worst accommodation in 4 weeks of traveling in Georgia. Upon arrival, he immediately said that the confirmed price does not apply and that we have to pay 30% more or leave. When we reluctantly approached it, the landlord tried to accommodate the 4 of us in a tiny room with 3 beds and that if the room with 3 beds was not enough for us 4, we should pay extra money. This would already be 2x higher than the confirmed price for the room with 4 beds on Booking. And he said that it still would be without internet and hot water, that is for an extra charge. Thief and swindler.

The rooms are more like a pantry with low ceilings, the owner, in pursuit of extra income, does not shun petty fraud, he can raise your price after your arrival, he can ask for extra money for cleaning the room after you, he may soon start asking for money for toilet paper in the room. I advise you to look for a place to stay for the night in another place, there are both cheaper and better options nearby.

Too bad ..it was not even worth the money . The bathrooms weren't clean and didn't have locks . The kitchen wash basin was leaking and the entire floor was wet and dirty.
Hoste asked us extra 5 laris for using stove and gas . Plus he charged 1% as his comission .

The place is very clean (in fact brand new now), the owner is very nice, helpful and speaks English. It’s from a walking distance to Kutaisi bus station.

Wonderful place. If you want to enjoy Kutaisi, then you are here. Very hospitable hosts. Absolutely new rooms in which the owners put their soul into the construction. In addition, they took part in the production of homemade wine and immediately tasted it.
