We've been staying here for years. It's a wonderful place with incredibly wonderful hosts. There's no other option for us. We've left our car there for extended periods several times. We highly recommend it.

It’s a bit far from town and the slope is steep, but with the Yandex Go app, it’s only 3 GEL to get there! There are also lots of adorable cats, which is very relaxing

It's within walking distance of local landmarks like Bagrati Cathedral and the Kutaisi Botanical Garden, making it a convenient base for exploring the city

Excellent rooms for the price, small but with a private bathroom, breakfast is also included, hospitable hosts, there is air conditioning but we did not use it, a huge dining room with rubber furniture, a house with history

We booked a four-bed room, but ended up with a three-bed room because the person refused to check out. When we asked for compensation for the cheaper room, there was no compensation. Overall, it's not a serious issue.

A wonderful hotel with a stunning view from the window of the entire city😍😍😍 the sweetest girl Teo at the reception, gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a panoramic window for free 💙💙💙, instead of the budget one on the 1st floor that I booked

2) A delicious and varied breakfast: salads, porridge/side dishes, sausages, boiled eggs, bread, tea, coffee, and sometimes fruit. It's a buffet, but if there are only a few guests, they serve individual meals

3) Our room with a double and single bed was spacious and quite comfortable. We had air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a hairdryer. We were also pleased to receive robes and slippers for guests

There is a little superette right next to the entrance should you want to buy bottled water or a snack. If you are on a budget or seek more than the place you will sleep - this will fit the bill

The hotel is simply amazing! The guest always comes first - here, action is taken true to this motto! Staff is 24 hours available and the people here are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice

All my wishes were fulfilled and more! If I could, I would give 7 stars 😉 The location is also great! It's not far from the center, the rooms are clean and well equipped and the hotel offers free wifi, airport transfer and the breakfast is fantastic! George is always willing to help with almost everything - starting with a transportation from the airport to the hotel, booking of a restaurant for a dinner, checking the availability of monuments, contacting drivers, printing of flight tickets in moments of hurry and chaos

We asked george if it would be okay to bring us to the airport tomorrow he told us his price but then when he found out the time we were leaving advised us to get a taxi as it is cheaper and he booked one for us

Very good, we stayed one night and the room was spacious and clean. Rich breakfast and on top of that they came to pick us up at the airport without charging us anything at so many in the morning

The driver spoke Spanish and very nice. He recommended places and how to move. We rented him a 4x4 that was going super well! All perfect

Great hosts, great breakfast, the hotel is located in one of the oldest villages in Georgia, the hotel terrace offers wonderful views, a very warm welcome! Also, during the whole trip we were accompanied by a wonderful guide Sandro, who showed us the best places, drove us everywhere, showed us the most delicious local food places! Top recommendations!

There, you have neat sofas and a hammock to lay on and enjoy the view. Breakfast was tasty and simple, which was enough. The location is OK, the roads are a bit narrow and kind of hard to get to

Great price and looks quite palace-y inside. Breakfast is nice, served on the forth floor with an amazing view. The staff was really helpful, they even printed my boarding passes. I totally recommend.

The location is very convenient. The room had a big “living room” which was very nice to store baggage, etc. The toilet had shampoo provided but it does not have a bidet. So I had to improvise with a water bottle

We stayed only for one night sadly, but it was definitely the right place for Kutaisi. It's not in the center, but you can walk there in around 25 minutes or just take the cab. The quietness is definitely worth it

Wouah. Saba is so nice. We booked a room for 4 persons, it was cheap, central, very cleaned with a little terrace to enjoy a bottle of wine. Everything is nearby. We will go back asap. Thank you again for everything :)!

It’s extremely central, walkable distance to every major bar or restaurant. Hosts were super cute and attentive. We had 4-bed room and it was so spacious and bright. People we met here made us wanna come back
