Great resort at a super nice lake. Landscape and the hotel facilities are clearly the highlight. The new gym with proper equipment was my personal highlight. A bit pricey but definitely nice especially with children. 

It's a gorgeous place, worth visiting Georgia for. We stayed full board, and the food was excellent. The grounds were beyond praise. We loved every minute. They gave us a wonderful chalet room and complimented us with desserts (it was our anniversary).

This is quite a remarkable resort in a country still trying to free itself from the long shadow of former Soviet domination. The setting is pristine, with a beautiful lake and extensive grounds. There are multiple recreational options available and multiple dining choices as well. Service is first rate. I was there while visiting Georgia’s wineries, and it was well situated from that perspective too

We had a great two nights in August at the end of our trip to Georgia. We had the suite with the terrace which was great for evening drinks. The pool and gardens were lovely. Mari was the best part of the experience here. I've never seen a waitress work and walk so much. She was outstanding and made our time here. My stay at Twins Wine Cellar was very comforting and cozy, and the owners were extremely hospitable. From the second floor of the hotel, the mountains were clear and quite vivid. Poor service, water in the shower is almost cold. SPA wasn't fully functional, even though I asked before booking if it was working and was told that it was. When I asked to check out early with partial refund for these reasons, they refused my request.

The overall location is quite good, with views of distant snow-capped mountains; the rooms are relatively clean and tidy; and the staff are quite welcoming.

It's cozy and clean. However, they don't provide room service unless you ask. My room door doesn't lock properly and DO NOT DISTURB button doesn't work. Also the balcony door doesn't lock. They don't have a safe either. Breakfast is great though.

Good guesthouse. There are small flaws: the repair in the guest rooms has not been done for a long time, there is little lighting. But on the whole it is good, as there is a bathroom everywhere and the hostess Tsitso prepares such breakfasts, which is enough until dinner. It's quite old overall, and the facilities are a bit basic. There are several restaurants and banks nearby, making it convenient to withdraw money. The Japanese food with its snow-capped mountain view is also nice. You can take a walk in the evening. The food is decent, not crowded. They even let us do a survey; their attitude was very good.

The room was large and clean, with a museum across the street and a beautiful environment. There were many restaurants nearby, and the front desk helped call a taxi; the service was top-notch.

The free extra bed was nice, but the price is ridiculously high! In a country where the average wage is only 5,000 RMB, a Holiday Inn in a moderately located location costs 750 RMB with breakfast included. We loved staying here for 3 nights. The hosts Timur and Marina make you feel like you are staying with your Georgian family. Very relaxt atmosphere and you can use all their facilities if you want. The rooms are big and clean, the shared bathrooms are spotless. Totally recommended. Oh and having dinner in the park with view on the mountains and the valley is a must do if you are here!

I was there with my workmates. We booked a room with discount. To sum up it's a clean standard small hotel, with standard breakfast, great staff.. It's a good idea for weekend , because it's a short away from Tbilisi. I especially liked balcony, too big and stunning views. p.s. pool really needed better cleaning system.

I stayed one night at this hotel as part of an Intrepid tour of Caucasus, so the hotel was not chosen by me.
