We were not impressed. We did not get the room we booked (no view, three separate beds instead of double), we did not get breakfast although it was advertised, and the beds were not very comfortable. More or less clean but not spotless. Maybe it's different when you use it as a base and not just a stopover - the garden seems nice. The only plus was the kind owner who greeted us with wine, but did not speak English so it was all a bit awkward.

-One of our best stay in Georgia.
It was like a visiting my grandpa :)
-Our host welcome us with delicious home made wine, cha cha and koniak.
-Amazing view from the garden

Room was very clean and facilities were good. The service we received wasn't the warmest compared to other guesthouses, but we still enjoyed some homemade wine! No english is spoken by the owners. We asked about breakfast and they said no. We asked for their help in arranging a visit to a winery and they weren't particularly helpful, they just contacted a taxi driver for us who then tried to charge us a very high price.

Very friendly people. I arrived at this guesthouse and was greeted warmly by Oto and the whole family. They poured local wine and chacha, and made a delicious barbecue Georgian style. I was introduced to many friends from the town of Telavi, with whom we went on a tour of the surrounding area and learned a lot about the history of the area. Room was comfortable with a/c and private bathroom. Highly recommend this guesthouse.

The host is so generous. He took us to his wine seller and gave us free home made wine. The view is breathtaking and the price is very fair. Very recommend.

Very nice place, host were great and showed us true hospitality. Wonderful breakfast was served as well, best place I visited in Georgia!

nice guesthouse in the center of Telavi. the hosts very polite and kindness, the food tasty and what's most important - room and bathroom is too clean and tidy. recommend.
