If I could give this family-run mountain hut 10stars, then I would give it. Amazing & welcoming atmosphere plus great location to the ski area. But the biggest plus is the positive spirit created by Daria, Nicolai and their team.

A very cozy new hotel! We spent a long time deciding whether to book here or the popular hotel nearby, but we chose this one and couldn't be happier. Natural colors, wood. We enjoyed every minute there. The grounds are beautiful; the horses came the next day.

Good hotel with good views.. rooms r good..they have an amazing restaurant but unfortunately it's not operational but still the main market is near by so u can walk and grab whatever u want.. although breakfast wasn't there but the owner was kind enough to offer tea,coffee, fruits and homemade cakes 🙂

waited 2 hours for our rooms to be ready all though we came after check-in time. Friendly all though clueless staff. They forgot towels & soap for one of the rooms. The garden is nice to chill in. And the area is quiet.

The room are really comfortable. The beds aren’t perfect but it was by far the best view in the mountain with the panoramic window in the rooms. It’s also by far the best breakfast we had in Georgia !!! A lot of choices for everyone ! The peak is the quality of the common spaces , with a super nice terrasse and a bar space with board game

The hotel is very elegant. It has a nice common terrace and very beautiful dining hall. Staff were nice and helpful. But it lacks some standard features like a double bed (during booking the room my request was a double bed, but when we got the hotel, we saw separate beds. Receptionist said that the hotel doesn't have a double bed at all, what?), a television (you might oppose me, but nobody says no...

A fabulous, stylish guest house ,great view from the balcony ...I stayed in room 202and it was very clean and modern.. The mattress is one of the most comfortable I ever had in Georgia. I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the village but still could walk for 5min to the shops and cafes .. I highly recommend

The hotel was in a great location had good amenities, but if you want to swim make sure you take the tankini or bikini apparently the full body wear isn't allowed.  Breakfast was vast but everything was salty. And frankly no smiles from any staff i think it's georgian thing.

You can definitely relieve the fatigue of trekking in the main area by swimming in the hotel... The location is a bit out of the way, but the price is cheap and the breakfast is good.

Stayed as part of the first ever Contiki Best of Georgia tour (June 2024), and enjoyed the stay. Surrounded by mooing cows, a beautiful view of the snow capped mountain peaks from my room, decent breakfast buffet, and friendly staff. Thermostats don't seem to work for colder temperatures, but the area is mosquito free and it is possible to sleep with the balcony door open.

The hotel staffs are very kind and helpful. We had our wedding ceremony in the mountains near this hotel and they are very helpful with my gown preparation and the staffs are very kind and accommodating. Very comfortable place. Friendly staff, ready to help at any time. Clean new rooms, new bedding and towels. There are bathrobes and slippers. 5 minutes to the mountain on a free shuttle. The restaurant is always tasty and full. I don’t want to leave the hotel. A separate plus for the incredible mountain views from the restaurant. I'd like to return

Hotel was barely finished when we stayed there for the New Year. Bare walls, cement stairs, my friend's room had a crack through the window. Didn't feel like like a 4-star hotel at all. Breakfast was fantastic though.

I can highly recommend this. From my bed I had an incredible view of Trinity church lit up. The room was comfortable and warm. The staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly. Amazing price, such great value.

Not far from the town center, parking is available in front. The room faces Mount Kazbek and has large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning view of Trinity Church from your bed. The hotel staff are handsome, humorous, and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

good value overall, it looks ok from outside, but inside the room it lacks basic amenities, such as table, cup, tissue, clothes hanger etc etc. The bath gel / shower are really basic and not up to standard. Wet floor for toilets after shower, feel dirty too.

My family and I had a wonderful 3 nights at the Mood Hotel. The hotel owners and staff could not have been kinder to all of us! The rooms are lovely, and ours had a beautiful view of the mountains. I loved the hotel, the decor was beautiful as you can see from my pictures. The owner was really sweet and gave me a room upgrade. The view from the upstairs sit out was incredible and I spent a lot of time there..it’s a quick 10min downhill walk to the main road.

Great location and great service. The other reviews worried me at first but the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I would come again. It's worth mentioning that my room was on the mountain side, which seems far more comfortable in term of noise compared to the street side. We have been travelling in Georgia for a month and this was our best stay. It was a very cozy and familylike, we felt very much at home. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen and courtyard were really nice to hang out in. The host Leila was very generous and we felt more welcome than any other place were we have been. The breakfast was delicious aswell.

Quiet, relaxing hotel with lovely, large swimming pool and excellent pool bar and restaurant. Beautiful mountain views and chilled music add to a relaxing break. Food is excellent and staff, in particular Tatia and Yanna were very friendly and helpful.

If you do not pay attention to the high-voltage highway above the pool, then it is a good place to relax, and not far from Tbilisi

The hotel was perfect, the staff very friendly, and the food excellent; I highly recommend it. The beds are very comfortable.

It seems to be a family-run establishment without an elevator, but the host is helpful and carries luggage. The room is very clean and relatively quiet. You can rent ski equipment directly from the apartment at a good price, and they also offer shuttle services to the ski resort.

The environment is very good, and they will help with luggage, but the breakfast is terrible, it is recommended to bring your own dry food

Nice, small budget hotel. Although the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing at times, the dinner was great. The rooms are comfortable and there is a shuttle service to the slopes in the morning.

This is a small inn situated not so far from rhe main commercial area of fun, but also hidden away from noise and congestion. Rooms are large enough and heating is available. They provide two daily meals in winter season breakfast and dinner. Home made food and notging lavish, small variety of everything but you can ask for anything specific ahead of time.

It's a small family-run guesthouse, probably with only a dozen or so rooms. There's no elevator, which wasn't very convenient for us with luggage. It was very clean, and although small, it was clearly well-maintained. The scenery was nice, situated on a hillside; I imagine it would be perfect for skiing during the ski season.

Was nice little hotel with great view and a stone’s throw to the ski lift and ticketing. You can even ski down to it and back to the hotel but was too late in the season for that. Maybe next time.
