This is the best hotel in the world: best food, best views, best service, best air. It is like a Paradise on the Earth. The food is so brilliant that it gives you a feeling of being an Emperor, nature is fantastic it gives you a brilliant feeling.

Lovely 2 night stay at this hotel, we went for a hiking trip and got a room that was overlooking the mountains (even from the Breakfast room). Breakfast was good, a variety of local food and salad. The host and her family were lovely, will definitely recommend this hotel further for guests who are interested to stay in Kazbegi.

I fel this hotel was well decorated (in a mixed sort of style) with fairly comfortable bedrooms and provided a wide variety of food choices when it came to its buffet meals. The view of the mountains should also be considered, as it was stunning particularly in late evening.

Everything is super excellent I actually wanted to give this hotel 11/10 but it's maximum is 10 🤣 They prepared rice for us because they know asian people miss rice (such a warm hearted) And we decided to book another night here. His hospitality is beyond expected!

One of the best and affordable hotels at Gudauri ski resort

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Gudauri. The host was extremely welcoming and the chef’s cooking was exquisite. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view when you step out on the balcony. And it’s not too far from the ski resort (less than a 10 minute drive) highly recommend!!

Amazing stay at Loft Hotel Gudauri. The hotel is very nice, cozy, and well-located. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — special thanks to Giorgi and Nino for their great support and for upgrading us to a better room. This is a review for the airline, not the hotel. I’ve just returned from a return journey from Tbilisi to Mestia. I read through the reviews before booking with this company and was sceptical about booking. However we booked the flight and were glad we did - it made the journey so much simpler. Whilst I did not receive responses to emails, it is ok.

I flew Vanilla Sky from Tbilisi to Mestia and back. I had some difficulty reaching anyone by phone with questions, but after numerous tries I got someone on the line and she was helpful at assisting me. Our flight was about 45 minutes delayed to Mestia, but we were kept informed. The flight itself was uneventful. I certainly would fly them again.

Our original hotel was overbooked so we had to stay here Very noisy and everyone seems to smoke in there rooms even though the signs tell them not to On the plus side: the toilet and shower were properly separated

The place is good but not the best in the city. Sunshine hotel is average, comfortable but not very clean. The view from the rooms is outstanding. The breakfast is very good. The staff is ok.The main reason to put above the list is the ratio price/quality.

We spent one night at Sunshine hotel and it was amazing. Even though it was raining and cold, we managed to have a great night especially that our room had a small balcony and an amazing view of the mountain. The staff is super nice, they make you feel at home. The breakfast was very very generous! Needless to say that the price was amazing! Totally recommended!

Very well organized hotel; in addition to fully equipped rooms (which should not be taken for granted in today's Georgia) and breakfast, it also has a home-style kitchen where you can cook on your own, a welcoming hall for socializing and an outside terrace (with tables, chairs, blankets) that overlooks famous Kazbek mountain.

It was one of the best stays I have ever had, especially the old lady and her husband, who did whatever they could do to make our stay comfortable. The room is completely new, very large, clean and comfortable. The photo matches completely.  There is everything you need and in excellent condition. The hostess is very hospitable and responsive, solves all issues promptly, met us despite the fact that we arrived late at night, treated us to a pie and incredibly tasty khachapuri! The car was parked in the yard without any problems.

A clean and quiet place. Good internet. A pity there is no possibility to order a meal from the hotel, but you can cook it yourself, the kitchen is equipped really well.

It is very nice place. Personal is really hospitable. We were living in good, pure, spacious room with amazing view on mountains. Rooms are staffed of all necessary things, really comfortable and well planned and designed. There is a big hall on the first floor with soft chairs and sofa and table.

It’s a nice place for family and good service proved by the hotal team.

Stayed here for 5 days. They have decent breakfast. Hygiene and cleanliness is great. Trustable onwer (George), he helped us with halal food and arranged us cabs when we needed. He also took us to the local mosques at prayer times. Recommend for your next vacation.

Facilities: There's storage for skis and a kitchen. However, the room wasn't well maintained; the showerhead wasn't repaired promptly. Cleanliness: Okay, but no one cleaned the room after you checked in. The quality of the room depends entirely on luck.

Very clean rooms, two with beautiful mountain views, and two on the other side (but probably with a view as well). A very nice elderly lady prepares delicious and hearty breakfasts. Everything you need is provided: a kettle, coffee, tea, microwave, refrigerator. The room includes towels, a hairdryer, and even new toothbrushes and toothpaste.

The host doesn't speak English, but he provides a hearty breakfast. If you are assigned a front room, you can see Mt. Kazbek, which is nice. All rooms are on the 3rd floor, so I had a hard time moving my luggage.

The rooms were good and super clean, with a great view on the Mount Kazbek and the Gergeti Monastery. The breakfast was one of the best we had in the whole Georgia. The owner does not speak English, but you can have a basic communication about the details of the stay (payments, time of the breakfast, ...).

The view is indeed great, but it's really not a good experience when there are no signs inside the building and staff are the only ones telling you not to take photos. The shower partition in the bathroom was just okay. Its main advantage is really the location.
