The room is comfortable and warm, and the breakfast is rich. You can also have afternoon tea and dinner in the restaurant. It is great to dine in the scenery, and you can directly see the Holy Trinity Church. The experience is full, it is worth staying!

We went on recommendation and did not regret it. Great breakfasts and territory. The views are stunning. The service is excellent, 24-hour reception. All common areas are stylish, clean. I would like to add a couple of jacuzzis on the open terrace to diversify the pool and sauna. We expected more variety from the spa. Otherwise, everything is great.

Everything was great! Got the stunning view since waking up in the morning with the mountain view!! The staff were very welcome and delivered great service. The food was also good.

The room is a bit small, but the location is great. The hotel upgraded me to a mountain view room, facing the snow-capped mountains, which is so beautiful.

This is the hotel with the best view of my trip to Georgia and the best view I have ever been to in the world. I could not get enough of the view from my balcony. It was much better than I thought, considering the price I paid. If I go back, this will be the first place I want to stay and tell others. The staff took good care of me. Great choice to stay in Stepantsminda. The hotel is walking distance to the main town if you want to eat there. Yet, food at the hotel is spectacular!! I had both breakfast and dinner, and they were both amazing. Staff is super friendly; they made my stay very enjoyable. Lastly, the view!! It is really, really nice.

Service is ok, but the room is pretty small, like Hong Kong style, food is good.

When visiting Kazbek, be sure not to sign up for a day trip, because you don’t have time to walk to see the most beautiful scenery. The best option is to take a car from Tbilisi on the same day, have a local special meal in the evening, and stay in a hotel for one night. , walked up the mountain early the next morning. This hotel is very nice, good value for money and the breakfast is very good.

Very small rooms with dirty walls. This is not a 4 star hotel. Receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. Restaurant was good with the tipical Georgian fair. There is a nice outside terrace but the chairs had no pads, so a bit difficult to sit. The rooms at the front were a tiny bit larger, but the rude receptionist did not want to give us another room even that we offer to pay more. Nothing at all...

Serene place. Great place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room has stunning views of Kazbegi mountain. Breafast is execellent. Staffs were really helpful. Every area of the hotel is instagrammable.

We were a family of 3 who arrived from Tblisi early April week. The roads had traffic and many trailers, but the mountains were covered in snow. City-bred as we are and being residents of the UAE, the natural beauty was so breathtaking that we didn’t quite notice the long and bumpy 4-hour ride. This is a fine place to eat and a great alternative to the view from the rooms Kazbegi. Food is delicious, view is just amazing.

Very nice hotel! The prices for food are the same as in other restaurants. The presentation is beautiful, the taste is also normal. The interiors are very nice, they justify the name. The hotel has a bath - sauna and hamam. For 4 people it will be great. Very helpful staff. I would come again!

Great experience we had in the hotel, it has a nice Mountain View and the weather is absolutely amazing here. The breakfast brunch is in average, has not too many options and variety, but overall quality is good. The rooms has a very nice balcony.

Prices are above average. But the view from the terrace is simply amazing. The food is delicious. The staff is very polite! We stopped in for half an hour to have a snack and look at Kazbek. We were very pleased! I recommend!

We stopped by, two families with children were driving in two cars. They called during the day and said we were driving from Yerevan and were planning to stop. Thanks to the owner, she didn’t give the numbers to others, she called in the evening and asked if she should wait for us or not, we arrived an hour later. Of the minuses - the restaurant is not open in the evening, there is nowhere to drink...

The rooms are large, but very uncomfortable. No closet, it is a problem to hung your close. No table, you have no place to put a small stuff. Uncomfortable bathroom with no shelf to put your toothbrush, comb, etc. Very nice breakfast.

The strangest hotel I've ever stayed at! Couldn't decide if it wasn't yet finished or had already started to fall apart. First you get flattened by an enormous dog (thankfully friendly) who pounces on everyone how arrives or leaves and spends the rest of his time trying to get in. Then the public area is a huge empty, echoing open space with the rooms around above. Dinner is included and was a reasonable...

This place is actually quite remote. In Sinuo Village, the giant statue next to it is actually not much to see. To get here, you need to charter a car to Juta Village. Juta Village is still very beautiful. You have to hike up the mountain and stay there for a while.

As a place Stepantsminda is a beautiful town and this hotel has some mesmerizing views of the mountains on both the sides. Though the hotel is around 700-800 meters walk from city center, but good for the reason a lot of trucks keep passing the city to cross Russian borders which is a big disturbance at night. The hotel is taken care by the family and the lady owner is so caring and accommodating....

This is a super place! I recommend everything to everyone. Absolutely amazing view from the room! The balcony is love! Owners are friendly people, smiling, children, dogs! Breakfast is warm and homemade.

This is a nice pension with an almost unbeatable view of the mountain scenery at a still rather modest price. The owners were kind and helpful, especially when I was slightly sick. The whole place was in good shape, impeccably clean and the breakfast was very rich. If I had eaten all that was served, I couldn´t have gone hiking.

I stayed with my group in Chemodann Hotel in April 2021 for 2 nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and always will be happy to come back. Quality of rooms is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and always to much.

Visited this hotel as part of a group tour of the Caucasus. The drive there was pretty lengthy but it was worth it. The dinner and breakfast were good. The group had a set menu at dinner but when I told them I was a veggie they didn’t hesitate to provide me with something different. We stayed in room 209, which had a comfortable king-size bed, perfect for an overnight stay. Receptionist Ashura was very helpful and accommodating. Although there is no A/C in the room, it's not necessary since it gets quite cold outside. If it feels warm, simply open the window.

I stayed here in downtown Kazbegi for 3 nites. I got a big room with a sitting room & balcony for 1/3 of what Rooms Hotel was charging. This hotel has a winery, & their wine shop provides free glasses of wine for guests. I was a little surprised there is no AC in this modern hotel. Nice little cozy hotel with direct view to Trinity church and Kazbegi peak. Small crammed room but comfortable for a night’s stay. Restaurant is amazing with good service, good food and terrace seating. Receptionist was some reason not happy at all. Even for borrowing a pen to sign the form they made a face. The restaurant is at the 2nd level, very clean with tall glass window for the guest to view the mountains while dining in. We were lucky the sky cleared we saw the couple mountains name as is kszbegi. another is mkinvartsveri(ice on top, bride In a white dress) as per the local called them. The chicken soup that my son had was rich and we requested for the vinegar to be removed and they gladly do it...

A hotel with a nice atmosphere, close to the Kazbegi bus stop.. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the view is nice. The restaurant is especially good for a relaxing time. You can eat at a table with a stream flowing next to it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The view from the window was stunning. All the amenities were provided as promised, and everything was in excellent condition. The toiletries were clean and neatly arranged, which made the stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free stay.

The tall waiter is very nice. Check in and find him in the restaurant. He will take you to the accommodation in the backyard. There are not many rooms. We have provided heating during the National Day. The English level is OK. It can provide some emotional value! Go to eat early or it will be full. 19:00-20:00

This is the best hotel in the world: best food, best views, best service, best air. It is like a Paradise on the Earth. The food is so brilliant that it gives you a feeling of being an Emperor, nature is fantastic it gives you a brilliant feeling.

Lovely 2 night stay at this hotel, we went for a hiking trip and got a room that was overlooking the mountains (even from the Breakfast room). Breakfast was good, a variety of local food and salad. The host and her family were lovely, will definitely recommend this hotel further for guests who are interested to stay in Kazbegi.

As i forgot my jacket, they bought it back to Tbilisi where we stayed Later during our holidays in Georgia.

Great Mountain View. Polite staff. They speak English. The room was new and clean. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Although since it didn’t have a edge on the floor, the water splashed everywhere on the bathroom floor. Restaurant in the same building. Big choice of Georgian meals

Milky way is definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed! The view from my room was magical, I will never forget waking up at sunrise and the 1st thing I see is the amazing clear morning view of mt Kazbek and the Trinity church. With my binoculars I could even see people hiking down from the church. The location is perfect, very close to the main bus station, super market and restaurants but...

It is nicely designed and well located guesthouse offering unforgettable view over surrounding mountains. Rooms are modern and cozy, beds are comfortable giving good sleep. The owner is communictive and extremely kind person. I am back here second time :)

The worst restorable that I ever visited! Personal is rude. Don't interesting when you come. And they ask money (1 L) when you go to the WC. It's nice place but I prepare friendly staff!
