Good stay next to the lake Comfortable stay right next to the lake, with an inside pool and even a sauna. The room was fine, the beds were comfortable. Only negative point for me was that the curtains were too thin and didn’t fully close, so bring an eye mask if you have light sleep. Breakfast was delicious, they filled the table with lots of food. Coffee was not included.

Beware of false advertising!!! This place doesn't have neither pool nor sauna. Very disappointing. There was a pungent smell coming from the bathroom and you can ever smell in the whole room at night. On the bright side rooms were quite neat and clean and staff very friendly.

Nice and cheap place front of the Bazaleti lake. Infrastructure could be more well designed. Small and clean rooms. Good swimming pool and Billiard room. Staff was friendly and helpful. we got free boat for lake, from the hotel . Delicious foods and good breakfast. if you looking something cheap and good this place is amazing.

Nice Placebo, good music, only the breakfast buffet was not enough. For example, a toaster for not always fresh bread is missing. Unfortunately, you could not get yogurt from the cereal. Coffee milk was cold, but the coffee had good flavor. The room and bathroom were very clean. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, cozy territory, very clean, a bit old-fashioned design but still nice. It's pleasant to have dinner in the garden. You can use the kitchen and it's very convenient. There wasn't an air-conditioning in our room but it wasn't hot. The house is right by the road but it doesn't bother you. We had beautiful time there and will definitely come back again.

Such a cheap hotel and so cool! We took a deluxe room, very nice, clean, spacious. The view from the balcony is incredible to the river, mountains, Mtskheta. If you are by car, I highly recommend it.

While visiting Mtskheta last summer, I stayed at Guest House Econom after a long day of traveling from Kazbegi to this town. The room offered everything a traveler needs after a long journey: a nice shower, a comfortable bed and proximity to bakeries, grocery shops, restaurants and the ancient Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed here for 5 days. They have decent breakfast. Hygiene and cleanliness is great. Trustable onwer (George), he helped us with halal food and arranged us cabs when we needed. He also took us to the local mosques at prayer times. Recommend for your next vacation.

Amazing experience and a beautiful place with excellent host. The views from the balcony were just perfect overlooking the church of Mtskheta and Jvari monastery. We could pick the grapes from the balcony and have them directly! Got a small gift while leaving from the host as well ☺️

It’s very comfortable to be around , there is everything you might need, you can even make a little breakfast or dinner by yourself. A nice sofa, WiFi, fridge, oven - everything’s on spot and working perfectly. The owner lady is very nice, polite, and observant for sure. The most friendly host I have ever seen. Perfect location, a better location would be difficult to imagine. It's clean with AC and good pillows. Overall it's the best place if you are planning to stay in Mtskheta.

Beware: wrong address on google Maps!

ATTENTION: wrong address on Google maps (until now)! you end up in the middle of nowhere if you drive with very bad roads. Just enter Old Capital Mtskheta and this place is next door. Other than that it's great (one point deduction for the wrong address). Really central, rooms are new and clean, the hosts great and the terrace perfect for the evening outside.

I just spent one night there but I liked it a lot. The lady renting the room, Gelit, is so sweet and nice. She takes good care of her guests and prepare a very nice breakfast. The house is nice and the location perfect. I can only recommend it.

The best accommodation I've ever had travelling low cost. Cosy rooms and a balcony with beautiful views (and WiFi). Breakfast is included and dinner can be arranged too. We even had our clothes washed for free. Totally recommend!
