This hotel definitely deserves a 5-star rating. The view is stunning, the rooms are very clean, and the staff is extremely attentive, understanding, and always willing to help with anything you need.

We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and were very satisfied. The prices are reasonable, nothing overpriced.

Salome and Tekla deserve a special mention, they were exceptionally kind, polite, and always smiling.

We are travelling from Malaysia, this hotel make me surprise , very nice receptionist , very good breakfast , and good location. Especially the receptionist when we check in, she is so nice and very welcome us. TQ

The room was clean, comfortable, and good enough for my stay. Breakfast and restaurant food were also nice. However, the service from the waiters could be much better — they were not very attentive or friendly.

Great location and great service. The other reviews worried me at first but the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I would come again.
It's worth mentioning that my room was on the mountain side, which seems far more comfortable in term of noise compared to the street side.
About food, the breakfast was fine and the dinner menu had a lot of options.

The staff at this hotel are truly doing an amazing job and are very kind. Whenever I requested anything, they assisted me in a very professional manner. Honestly, I don’t believe the negative comments about them at all! Anyway , the restaurant is excellent, the service is excellent, and the rooms are clean. We had an issue with the water, but it was resolved very quickly.

Spending three nights at this hotel was truly wonderful, and I really enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend it and I definitely plan to return. 🤍

We have been travelling in Georgia for a month and this was our best stay. It was a very cozy and familylike, we felt very much at home. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen and courtyard were really nice to hang out in. The host Leila was very generous and we felt more welcome than any other place were we have been. The breakfast was delicious aswell.
