A small, cozy, family-run hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere. The owners and staff are genuinely friendly and make you feel right at home. Located conveniently close to New Gudauri, yet quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very decent with everything we needed to start the day. Overall, a comfy stay with all the essentials covered. The rooms are okay, host is very friendly, but we don't suggest to have breakfast there. Besides the terrace is for common use, so it's not a big drama if you just take rendom room without additional cost for mountain view.

I recommend ear plugs. The hotel can get very noisy at night. You’re sleeping above a bar terrace where people go to smoke, drink and chat.

Very new (as per December 2019), comfortable quiet, VERY WARM, hotel. When we were there, dining room, kitchen and outside terrace were not yet finished, but looked imoressive. Room was small but cozy. Nicest staff eager to make you feel comfortable. They have private parking. Mountain view, but not the Trinity church view, be careful!

This hotel probably used to be very good... The room was ok. They have mugs and kettle if you want to make tea or coffee but they charge you extra to give you a sachet of instant coffee or tea ... The breakfast was very poor and started at 10 the receptionist doesn't speak English.

only for guests travelling with own car. But then: the wooden terrasse gives you a look like in africa to the the river and the city. Stopped here for lunch on our way to Gudauri and it was such a lovely surprise! Beautiful place with great outdoor seating in the garden — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The food was really good, freshly made, and the staff were super friendly. The whole place was clean and well kept. We spent about GEL 120 for 3 adults and a kid, and it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

We arrived spontanously in the evening and easily got a regular room there. The furniture looked a little bit out of style, but everything was clean. The boiler had some issues, because he lost lots of water after showering. The waitress at the on-site restaurant was really nice and patient. We liked the food there and the garden of the restaurant was lovingly designed.

Our 6 night stay was amazing, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel restaurant has authentic Georgian menu, delicious dishes, and wines. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and every day there was something new to try. The location of the hotel is right next to the slope, few meters to the ski lift. The food breakfast was great. Tasty and stuff. The bar is cheap aswell. But the rooms are really compressed, only thing that you can do there is Sleep, tv doesn't work, sauna doesn't work, besides that, the sleep is terible because the 3rd floor in the winter is really hot and the air is totaly too dry.

We stayed in Hotel Donata for one week. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was fine. The Hotel is really good located, next to the ski-lift. The lady at the reception desk was always helpful and nice with us. For the price we payed we couldn’t have nothing better :)

We stayed here for 1 night and we wished we could have stayed longer. It’s a long ride from Tbilisi but definitely worth it when we arrived. The location of the hotel offers a great view of the mountains and the city. We were given a room at the end of the hall with small balcony so we get to see both views on each side. Amazing! We had a lovely stay in Hotel Alpenhaus. The view from the room was amazing. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The food was amazing and all our requirements were taken care of. It is the perfect stay to get lost in your thoughts right in the middle of the mountains.

I stayed here for 5 nights and it’s definitely worth it! Giorgi and Sofia are very accommodating, and the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Important to note that they don’t offer food here yet, but there’s a lot of restaurants around the area so that’s not a big problem. Gonna come back for sure!

We spent a comfortable 4 nights at WH hotel. The location is up the hill from the main street so an " exercise walk" is needed. The views of Mt. Kazbegi from the rooms is beautiful, especially at sunrise. The only negative thing is the noisy wooden floor boards from upper floor rooms.

We, a group of 10, had to stay there because the road to Gudauri was blocked. We got quickly a room, Georgi was such a friendly and helpful host, the rooms were perfect, everything you need was there, the view was fabulous. Highly recommended. Thank you, Georgi!!

We had a beautiful stay with the mountains and trinity church view from inside the room itself. The host is very friendly and nice and family maintained. The view was absolutely stunning, and they have a really nice bar room downstairs where you can enjoy ping pong and card games, all readily available. While the staff wasn’t always around, and it would’ve been nice to have the option to rent gear, it didn’t take away from the overall experience—it’s still a great spot to relax and take in the amazing scenery

This is the most amazing place to stay. My wife and I doubled the length of our stay and changed our plans because we loved this place so much. The place was clean, value for money and looked like the photos. The skii lifts are also quite close. The host also helped us carry our luggage when we were moving in/out. They also kept our luggage for 5-6 hours after check out. A common kitchen is also there to prepare your own food. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

For a small fee, I got a comfortable room with an unforgettable view. The hostess was wonderful and didn't charge extra for early check-in. The room is spacious, and despite the floor-to-ceiling window, the noise from the road below is barely audible with the door closed.

The view is unbelievable. Room's needs are for sure a microwave, heating for bathroom too cus its central. A bit walking distance from the center and bolts are expensive. So make sure you get some snacks and beverages before going up.

I went with my boyfriend for Russian bath. It was our first experience and we absolutely loved it. Nicolai was professional and humble and gave us an amazing experience. I fel this hotel was well decorated (in a mixed sort of style) with fairly comfortable bedrooms and provided a wide variety of food choices when it came to its buffet meals. The view of the mountains should also be considered, as it was stunning particularly in late evening.

Everything is super excellent I actually wanted to give this hotel 11/10 but it's maximum is 10 🤣 They prepared rice for us because they know asian people miss rice (such a warm hearted) And we decided to book another night here. His hospitality is beyond expected!

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Gudauri. The host was extremely welcoming and the chef’s cooking was exquisite. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view when you step out on the balcony. And it’s not too far from the ski resort (less than a 10 minute drive) highly recommend!!
