We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We will definitely be back! The staff are friendly, cohesive, and always ready to help or answer any questions. The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are delicious, and there's a cozy atmosphere by the fireplace in the evenings (be sure to try the homemade wine from the most hospitable owner, Merabi!). There's a transfer to the lift. In short, these guys are great; they do everything to make sure guests are happy.

The hotel was perfect, the staff very friendly, and the food excellent; I highly recommend it. The beds are very comfortable.

It seems to be a family-run establishment without an elevator, but the host is helpful and carries luggage. The room is very clean and relatively quiet. You can rent ski equipment directly from the apartment at a good price, and they also offer shuttle services to the ski resort.

The environment is very good, and they will help with luggage, but the breakfast is terrible, it is recommended to bring your own dry food

The location is very good. It's high above the ground. Overall it's good. The front desk clerk also wished us a happy Chinese New Year in Chinese.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service. Everyone at the hotel did everything they could to make sure we had a good stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

It is run by a family and honestly it feels like home. Very friendly and hospitable people. Beautiful location. Must visit. View from our room as it was snowing.

The hotel is very cozy, they light a fireplace in the evening, they take you to and from the ski lifts for free, the owner is a wonderful person. I recommend it.

The hotel is not far from the ski lift pick-up point. The boss will drive to and from you once a day for free. The hotel team is very enthusiastic. The food in the restaurant is very good and the price is moderate. The location is in Gudao Town, which is 50 kilometers further by car. This is Kazbek Town (Mountain). When it snows, this is the world of fairy tales. It is not far from the Russia-Georgia Friendship Monument.

Everything was just perfect!
The location, the hotel, the room, the staff, the owner itself are beyond any expectations. The hotel just as good as it is on the photos. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful.
Unfortunaly, my husband got a minor injury while snowboarding, and the owner Merabi took us to the hospital and back to the hotel. We have no words to express our gratitude!
Also, every meal that we ordered was delicious. In fact, we ate at the hotel every time and regret nothing.
