- white curtains, means it is always sort of bright in the room. Room is old and a bit dirty, yellow stains in the toilet. Wifi is pretty bad. Two cups but no water cooker. Dirty linens with holes and spots on it. Room wasn't properly cleaned before. In the neighborhood are dogs barking the whole night. Heater doesnt work at all. Had a power cut for some hours as well.
The only positive aspect was that the hotel arranged transportation and a replacement hotel, however, it did not take responsibility for the reason behind the relocation.
Owner David and managers Giorgi are always there and ready to help with anything. Great English too. I recommend this hotel! We only plannef to stay a few days but we stayed a week. Thank you for an amazing stay.
The breakfast was ok. Bear in mind that the hotel is a little pricey (total 320 GEL for 2 nights for 3 adults)
