Very quiet place with nice view. Everything was great and I recommend to stay in this cozy place.

Nice big room, amazing view, cozy garden in quite area, good value for money! Unfortunately we stayed only one night as a stopover, would stay longer if I could! The owners are incredibly friendly.

spent a week in February. quite district. stunning mountain views directly from bedroom. polite and helpful host. the apartment was clean and cosy. all equipment in perfect condition.(and for house hold one too) WiFi is good, but video calls (& screen sharing) are better with mobile internet (Magti). planning to stay here at summer too✨

Not a very comfortable and clean place. Of the advantages of its low price and the view from the room. The hosts are ok, but I wish the apartments were better prepared for living. When the weather was bad and cold outside, it was also cold and uncomfortable in the room. Sometimes there were interruptions in the hot water in the shower. If you're only looking for a place to sleep and are on a budget...

Grimi welcomed us warmly with homemade wine and chacha, which made the stay even more special. Great location, just a short uphill walk but nothing difficult. The room was large, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was perfect – the A/C worked flawlessly. Worth every penny, highly recommend!

Lovely place, clean, comfortable and a very friendly gentleman, Grimi, owns and operates the place. He was kind enough to offer me and my friend welcome drinks including his own handmade chacha and wine. You can’t go wrong with this place if you’re staying in Borjomi. There’s no reception so you’re going to have to find him.

Generous and kind host Grimi with his wife, provided us with all sorts of vine of course. Very nice view above the city. You can find them in Booking and call them via whatsapp, not sure if I can share their phone publicly

We ended up staying here on two separate occasions during our stay in Georgia- it was fantastic. Super comfortable room, great bathroom, and so nice to have a small kitchen. Beka was a wonderful host and helped to answer questions and make us feel at home. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and generous family. Room was cozy, clean and it felt like staying in own house. My initial 2 nights stay turned into 7 nights. Laundry and kitchen for light cooking are provided. Borjomi is such a wonderful place to chill and relax and this guesthouse is definately a bonus. Highly recommended.

Cosy accommodation close to the center with separate entrance. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. They also make their own chacha and wine which you can buy - really good!

Wonderful hosts, very central, 2 beds, small living area with foldable sofa and kitchen unit and privatebathroom. Even a washing machine. Even though busy and central it was quite in the night and you could listen to the noise of the river across the street. Collect your Borjomi spring water only a few 100m from here. - We plan to come back.

Its was a lovely guest house, in the best a main street of Borjomi 2 min walking distance to borjomi park beside the beautiful flowing river. The owner was nice and humble and the price is fair enough. The owner is very humble loved it. But the guest house has one toilet for eight so you have to adjust.

Absolutely outstanding stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and great amenities.

Large apartment equipped with every comfort. Very close to the center of Borjomi. The stairs are narrow for those with large suitcases, the plumbing is a bit subpar, and there are a few details that could be improved, but overall, an excellent value for money.

It was really nice to stay in a 100 years old house. As you can imagine, not everything is new but you're not going to Borjomi to stay at home anyway, are you? The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The hosting family is very nice. The owner offers a regional tour and speaks good English. We felt very welcome and if we're back in Borjomi, we'll surely stay here again! Thank you!

Really amazing guesthouse with amazing and friendly hosts. They have maps, give advice and can also arrange tours at decent prices. The breakfast is really worthwhile and the food is great 👍 Beds are OK and on the sturdier side, shower and bathroom are super clean. Nice garden and very friendly dog also!

Highly recommended! Besso and Nana are such lovely and accommodating hosts, from the moment I arrived they made me feel at home. They kindly let me use the facilities in the house, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the location is perfect, just a short walk away from the center, and with a lovely garden. I had an amazing stay.

Borjomi park is amazing and has lot to offer I would recommend to go any moth and any time it’s just amazing

Wonderful in winter,tickets lady doesn't speak English. Security man on the gate was very friendly. 3rd time to me there and it is remarkable place.

must visit place in borjomi. the park is famous for the natural mineral water. all say the water has lot of medical values. outside the park People sell bottles if at all you liked to carry the water . park has lot of games for kids. only operational in summer though. you can walk and spend an all evening there

Nice place. Try real not bolted sparkling water Borjomi here. A lot of cafés, but they at low level. Nice walking and recreation place!

Best value for money. Hot shower, comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, hot tea. Host allowed us to check in early and check out late, offered hot coffee in the morning. Very close to the park, restaurants and shops.

We stayed in Borjomi for one day, and Nana took us in, told us everything, and showed us around. She's a very kind and responsive host. If we return, we'll definitely stay here.

Amazing owners, beautiful flat in the very centre of Borjomi. The apartment looks better in real life than in pictures and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The owners, who live separately but in the neighborhood, are quick to respond to any requests. They are very good people whose kindness made a highlight of our stay in the city.

Absolutely perfect in all aspects.such wonderful hosts .Everything you may need to cook is kept there .He has well planned and utilised the space into a cute warm.n cozy place.just perfect.shops are withing walking distance.dont go by the entrance into the apartment at all.its a fabulous place.

The place is nice and clean. We had some noise from our neighbors but it might be just our luck... The shower has hot water but it is not perfect. Comparing to other places we stayed in, in borjomi, this has the best one

Located inside an alley, with a sign at the entrance. Clean room with private bath. Strong WiFi and some basic share kitchen facilities. Host could not speak English, but should be fine for check in & out.
