Not a very comfortable and clean place. Of the advantages of its low price and the view from the room. The hosts are ok, but I wish the apartments were better prepared for living. When the weather was bad and cold outside, it was also cold and uncomfortable in the room. Sometimes there were interruptions in the hot water in the shower. If you're only looking for a place to sleep and are on a budget...

Brilliant, you won't regret it!

Grimi welcomed us warmly with homemade wine and chacha, which made the stay even more special. Great location, just a short uphill walk but nothing difficult. The room was large, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was perfect – the A/C worked flawlessly. Worth every penny, highly recommend!

Lovely place, clean, comfortable and a very friendly gentleman, Grimi, owns and operates the place. He was kind enough to offer me and my friend welcome drinks including his own handmade chacha and wine. You can’t go wrong with this place if you’re staying in Borjomi. There’s no reception so you’re going to have to find him.

Generous and kind host Grimi with his wife, provided us with all sorts of vine of course. Very nice view above the city. You can find them in Booking and call them via whatsapp, not sure if I can share their phone publicly

We ended up staying here on two separate occasions during our stay in Georgia- it was fantastic. Super comfortable room, great bathroom, and so nice to have a small kitchen. Beka was a wonderful host and helped to answer questions and make us feel at home. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and generous family. Room was cozy, clean and it felt like staying in own house. My initial 2 nights stay turned into 7 nights. Laundry and kitchen for light cooking are provided. Borjomi is such a wonderful place to chill and relax and this guesthouse is definately a bonus. Highly recommended.

Cosy accommodation close to the center with separate entrance. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. They also make their own chacha and wine which you can buy - really good!

Wonderful hosts, very central, 2 beds, small living area with foldable sofa and kitchen unit and privatebathroom. Even a washing machine. Even though busy and central it was quite in the night and you could listen to the noise of the river across the street. Collect your Borjomi spring water only a few 100m from here. - We plan to come back.

Its was a lovely guest house, in the best a main street of Borjomi 2 min walking distance to borjomi park beside the beautiful flowing river. The owner was nice and humble and the price is fair enough. The owner is very humble loved it. But the guest house has one toilet for eight so you have to adjust.

Absolutely outstanding stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and great amenities.

Large apartment equipped with every comfort. Very close to the center of Borjomi. The stairs are narrow for those with large suitcases, the plumbing is a bit subpar, and there are a few details that could be improved, but overall, an excellent value for money.

Big comfortable room with fridge and tv. Super clean privet bathroom. Communication with the owner is easy and fast. I'd arrive 2 hours before check in and very gently they let me in anyway. The location is great.

We found this place last minute and couldn't be happier. The host is so welcoming, polite and helpful, we immediately felt at home. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you can also cook in a small shared kitchen if you fancy so. Perfect for a short term stay 🙏🏼

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is in a great location next to the bus station. The hotel itself is beautiful and feels like a little oasis. The staff are some of the friendliest in Georgia - Ana really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and the room was well equipped and bed very comfy. Oh and the breakfast was amazing too! I’d definitely stay here again in Borjomi.

A very very cute place with a beautiful view of the river and bridges and a small street side market running by. The best part was the breakfast, fresh and tasty and the granny there fed us with so much love and warmth! I will definitely wanna go again to even meet her! The sweetest soul ever

Amazing owners, beautiful flat in the very centre of Borjomi. The apartment looks better in real life than in pictures and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The owners, who live separately but in the neighborhood, are quick to respond to any requests. They are very good people whose kindness made a highlight of our stay in the city.

The place is nice and clean. We had some noise from our neighbors but it might be just our luck... The shower has hot water but it is not perfect. Comparing to other places we stayed in, in borjomi, this has the best one

Located inside an alley, with a sign at the entrance. Clean room with private bath. Strong WiFi and some basic share kitchen facilities. Host could not speak English, but should be fine for check in & out.

Great place and great host. Akaki's Guesthouse is located a bit out of town but it's worth it. The view from the room is absolutely amazing and Akaki is really helpful. He helped us ordering taxis and generally made us feel at home. I really recommend this place!

Nice, clean and comfy rooms and bathroom, very close to the park and 10 mins walk to bus stop. But that is not the reason we will definitely come back to this place. The main reason is the owner. A great host, with whom you can talk for hours. He can help you with anything and arrange anything you need. If you want to see places and enjoy the attractions that are unique, very georgian and not available...

Extremely simple rooms with shared bathroom. Still okay for the money. Beware of tours with the owner. He is an extremely unpleasant person who wanted to force a 50% surcharge on the agreed price, for example, halfway through the journey. I was forced to accept an increase of 25%. What a business practice. Greatest caution

The host of the guesthouse Timur is a wonderful guide and a very hospitable and helpful person! We went with him to Akhaltsikhe and the cave city of Vardzia - a lot of impressions, a very well spent day. The hot spring near Vardzia is warmer and more interesting than in Borjomi itself :)

Good hostel. Purely. Located on the mountain, gorgeous view from the room. In the dark, but with the navigator could not get up, all the time came to a dead end, but the owner went down and met. Very welcome. Of the minuses - the boiler is weak and in the winter did not cope with ice water, the hot water was lukewarm, but I am sure that they would quickly fix it. Thanks recommend!
