This was a wonderful, friendly hotel. The staff are very welcoming and obliging. It offers a joyful breakfast and there is an attractive garden setting with seating. It is worth seeking out as it is in a quiet location, but worth a walk around the local area when you settle in. It was very clean and comfortable and great value. Excellent bargain. If you have a car or are willing to be a little further away from the city, this is a terrific area. The rooms are clean. There is a parking space. I don't believe you can find anything at this price in Borjomi. I really recommend.

Wery clean number!!! People very kind and nice 🙂 It takes about half an hour to walk from the minibus stop to the hotel. Delicious restaurants are located on the other side of the river, as is the park.

Nice hotel, fairly spacious rooms that have a kettle and a small fridge. A big plus of the hotel is that Wi-Fi works on all floors and even on the territory of the hotel. I recommend it to those who love a quiet and calm vacation with the ringing of cowbells. Everything seems to be fine, but I expected a kinder attitude from the owners. They save on everything - electricity, slippers, robes. A very quiet hotel where there are even swings, a hammock, and a veranda. I recommend it!

This is more a motel then hotel and deserves just 2-2.5 stars. It had no phone service and had only the most basic things, I.e. 1 chair, no table, non-working TV and was quite gloomy. Employees on the other hand were very hospitable and helpful.

Rooms are big enough, friendly and competent service. Price-performance ratio is good, location is quite central and parking is possible in front of the hotel. There is a deduction for breakfast. Selection limited and only instant coffee.

This hotel has an awesome location, staff is very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the room is not in the best condition, it is not clean thoroughly and the furniture is dirty. The breakfast is quite good, offering eggs, sausages, salads etc.

Exciting to go on a pilgrimage to the home of Borjomi spring water!! Beautiful area with views up to mountains, the nice small town and reasonably priced restaurants with good quality food and wine. Note, it's a bit of a walk in to the springs so clarify with local folks how far a walk in it is.

A new hotel located just 3 minutes from Borjomi Central Park. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The balcony overlooks the river and the hotel staff is so kind! Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay in Borjomi.

Excellent place. Comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, nice views of the city. Doesn’t have its own parking, and they close the door at 00:00 and can’t leave or enter until next morning. They don’t have elevator and your room can be in the 4th floor

Wonderful panoramic view, chic breakfast - especially cookies from curd, bakery with potatoes, even olives, wonderful homemade jam to standard european choices. We had a wonderful time during our stay. The hotel is beautifully located in the center of Borjomi. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious. The rooms are well designed and equipped with air conditioning.

Maximum 20 min. on foot to the park. Polite hosts. Very clean rooms. From the second floor there is a beautiful view of the mountains. 5 min walk to the center, where you can find everything: supermarkets, pharmacies, bank branches and other amenities. I advise!

It's run by an old lady. She is hospitable and warm. The location is very close to Borjomi National Park. On our check in, our room was very clean and neat. The interiors are well kept, although from the exterior it seemed as some old hut. She also went above and beyond to offer Tea/Coffee during our stay there. Would highly recommend this budget friendly stay!

must visit place in borjomi. the park is famous for the natural mineral water. all say the water has lot of medical values. outside the park People sell bottles if at all you liked to carry the water . park has lot of games for kids. only operational in summer though. you can walk and spend an all evening there

We booked this hotel in last minute and it was perfect for us. The room was spacious (bathroom as well). The hotel is also ideally located, a nice cafe / restaurant is just near the hotel (My House restaurant), and central park is really close.

Very good location, super friendly host and personnel. Only one issue - it's not a hotel, it's a hostel. Clean and tidy, probably worth its money. Though when you're not expecting that the bathroom is shared, the only window of the room goes to the shared kitchen (not street), you don't have towels, you don't have breakfast (becase the cooking lady didn't come today) - you feel a bit of disapointment

Extremely simple rooms with shared bathroom. Still okay for the money. Beware of tours with the owner. He is an extremely unpleasant person who wanted to force a 50% surcharge on the agreed price, for example, halfway through the journey. I was forced to accept an increase of 25%. The host of the guesthouse Timur is a wonderful guide and a very hospitable and helpful person! We went with him to Akhaltsikhe and the cave city of Vardzia - a lot of impressions, a very well spent day. The hot spring near Vardzia is warmer and more interesting than in Borjomi itself :)

Good hostel. Purely. Located on the mountain, gorgeous view from the room. In the dark, but with the navigator could not get up, all the time came to a dead end, but the owner went down and met. Very welcome. Of the minuses - the boiler is weak and in the winter did not cope with ice water, the hot water was lukewarm, but I am sure that they would quickly fix it. Thanks recommend!

Amazing owners, beautiful flat in the very centre of Borjomi. The apartment looks better in real life than in pictures and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The owners, who live separately but in the neighborhood, are quick to respond to any requests. They are very good people whose kindness made a highlight of our stay in the city.

Located inside an alley, with a sign at the entrance. Clean room with private bath. Strong WiFi and some basic share kitchen facilities. Host could not speak English, but should be fine for check in & out.

Best value for money. Hot shower, comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, hot tea. Host allowed us to check in early and check out late, offered hot coffee in the morning. Very close to the park, restaurants and shops.

We stayed in Borjomi for one day, and Nana took us in, told us everything, and showed us around. She's a very kind and responsive host. If we return, we'll definitely stay here.
