Just perfect , best one in the area Cashless hotel! Very good spa!

The receptionist at the front of the hotel acted arrogantly, as if the owner of the hotel had no interest in providing service. Overall, the hotel was of good standards

Our “Deluxe King” room was supposed to have a city or mountain view, but we got a view of another terrace instead. When we asked to change the room, they said none were available, although the hotel was almost empty

This has never happened to us in other 5-star hotels. The food hasn’t changed in years (this was our third stay), and it’s very oily — even the cottage cheese pancakes were swimming in oil

The booking clearly said that a 7-year-old child stays for free, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed the reservation was for two adults only and asked for an extra payment for the child

It took about 30 minutes to sort this out while our tired child was waiting in the lobby. , and even though we arrived early and asked to use the pool, we were told to buy a day pass

It's already 4th year we are celebrating New Year in Borjomi Palace, thank you especially to Anna Svanidze, Natia Sidamonidze, and to restaurant's manager, also to all the stuff(restaurant, spa and health center)

The location of the hotel is good and very important info for asians, the washrooms doesn't have bidets as most hotels in Georgia

Whenever you want to switch on or off the blower, you've to call the reception for the same. It was really wiered looking into the size of the hotel

The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is hospitable. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces.

Breakfast could've been a bit better with inclusion of some Indian / South Asian items

0 taste, nothing to eat !! and we were threatened by staff Cigarettes smell somehow enter the room from all possible directions Lifts sensors malfunction, don’t try to stop by putting your arms between doors to avoid injury or death

Amazing place, best location! Birds are singing, Borjomula is noisy, the air is unreal! The hotel has everything your heart desires. The room is very comfortable and spacious, the spa is gorgeous

The location is very good and the service is very friendly. However, the hardware and software facilities are relatively backward. For example, the button of the kettle in the room was burned out

There were cockroaches in the room and there were also smelly women. The spa needs to be booked in advance. Although it looks good, it is also neglected in maintenance

It was built in 1892 as a house with Spa Treatment Elements. Nowadays, it is the unique Cultural-Historical Monument of 19th Century and best sightseeing destination

There was a good buffet breakfast, although the restaurant was not open. The manager was friendly and she and other staff were helpful, for example with our luggage

We slept well in our firm, king bed, and enjoyed relaxing in the additional sitting space. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower, and was in good condition

The staff are excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room fully matched the description and met all expectations

The coziest place you will ever experience. Who build it did a great job , the breakfast was so good in a really cozy and clean area. The rooms are so nice you can have a bed upstairs and it looks like a cottage

The cafe in front of the entrance prepares excellent pizza with a crispy crust, I would also like to note that there are smiling and pleasant waiters working there

Wery clean number!!! People very kind and nice 🙂 It takes about half an hour to walk from the minibus stop to the hotel. Delicious restaurants are located on the other side of the river, as is the park.

The best hotel- quality/price ratio. Good staff, quite place 👍 located a few km from city center, but place so quiet 🤫 and peaceful. Amazing view from the room window 🪟 child friendly with some playing yard

lovely owner was polite and ready to help georgians are very hospitable every day we were served with home made georgian food and even were offered to attent their sufra ( party where people traditionally say toasts and drink) felt georgian soul in here

It’s very important that the hotel There are sockets for charging an electric car, but you need to have a charging unit with you. If I had known, I would have taken it from home

At breakfast you can make your own coffee in a Turk - very convenient and original - I’ve never seen anything like this

As far as I know all rooms has the same great view, especially if you ae at the 2nd or 3rd floors. The staff were accommodating and smiling at us, the receptionist spoke very good and clear English

Comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, nice views of the city. Doesn’t have its own parking, and they close the door at 00:00 and can’t leave or enter until next morning

Was one of the best hotels I came across in Georgia, it's not the most luxurious or even close, but it's very clean and comfy, everything in the room was working perfectly, the breakfast was not great but descent enough, you always feel like being with part of your family

The breakfast served was good with enough variety and fresh vegetables and fruit. On our last morning we had to leave very early for a day long drive before the restaurant opens for breakfast

The hotel manager doesn't speak Russian (but speaks excellent Italian), but that's not a big deal, because they'll do everything they can to solve all your problems and questions

Nice!! Nice hotel near to the central park 7 min walk and there is a small bakery close to the hotel very nice and tasty also a milk shake shop called reyo. Breakfast was nice.

Great place to stay in Borjomi for short and long stay! We didn’t plan to stay in Borjomi overnight but once been visiting the place decided to spend few days to explore the beautiful Borjomi so the Borjomi Classic Hotel was a random choice we walked in one of Sunday’s afternoon and we met wonderful lady Anna who showed us available rooms and we stayed 2 night at this great place

The room was spacious, clean and had comfort bed. Behind the window you can see and hear Kura river and also 1min walk from local vegetable market. With closed windows the room was very quiet

Every morning we were enjoying amazing home made breakfast in Georgian style served by Anna, same time having nice and pleasant conversations with her and been provided with the guidance around the area

So we stayed at Borjomi Classic Hotel for 2 nights and it has been a memorable stay. The best part about the Hotel is Anna - the Wonder Woman who is taking care of the hotel and guests as her own babies

## AMAZING ## *Every body understood English* 1st the receptionist (Nana) is Smily and helpful and the bill man (Saba) was decent boy 2nd the rooms were clean and super 3rd the View was Amazing from both sides 4th the food was great and the kitchen people were optimistic and helpful

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel with our family! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like friends — they met us at the entrance, helped carry our luggage, and even surprised us with a bottle of wine in our room after our walk around Borjomi

I have been here with my family for vacation and we had a great stay over here. The entire staff was so loving and helping. The rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was amazing and they also provide their inhouse wine

Exciting to go on a pilgrimage to the home of Borjomi spring water!! Beautiful area with views up to mountains, the nice small town and reasonably priced restaurants with good quality food and wine

Rooms are big enough, friendly and competent service. Price-performance ratio is good, location is quite central and parking is possible in front of the hotel. There is a deduction for breakfast

The host speaks fluent English, he and his wife are very nice and will help you with anything you ask for. Do not miss the excellent breakfast! Definitely great value for the price, we really enjoyed our stay

There was like 2 minutes of hot water in bathroom. But at least there is a fireplace near reception. It's actually close to the city Borjomi. Even taxi's are not expansive at all to this hotel

We booked this hotel in last minute and it was perfect for us. The room was spacious (bathroom as well)

Though when you're not expecting that the bathroom is shared, the only window of the room goes to the shared kitchen (not street), you don't have towels, you don't have breakfast (becase the cooking lady didn't come today) - you feel a bit of disapointment
