Just perfect , best one in the area Cashless hotel! Very good spa!

Our “Deluxe King” room was supposed to have a city or mountain view, but we got a view of another terrace instead. When we asked to change the room, they said none were available, although the hotel was almost empty

This has never happened to us in other 5-star hotels. The food hasn’t changed in years (this was our third stay), and it’s very oily — even the cottage cheese pancakes were swimming in oil

Loved the view. People around are very nice, a little kid helped me to find the place. Owner is very nice. A bit far from the centre.

The booking clearly said that a 7-year-old child stays for free, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed the reservation was for two adults only and asked for an extra payment for the child

Wonderful hotel, we were there in June 2021. The only resort with treatment in all of Borjomi. Unique procedures according to European standards and technologies. A wide range of medical, namely medical services

The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is hospitable. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces.

It's already 4th year we are celebrating New Year in Borjomi Palace, thank you especially to Anna Svanidze, Natia Sidamonidze, and to restaurant's manager, also to all the stuff(restaurant, spa and health center)

Not totally see in actual coz I'm In the Philippines but I feel comfortable the place and view because very near all the stores like park. Soon I want to be a residency of Georgia

A wide range of health and Wellness treatments. Great rooms with everything you need, delicious meals for Breakfast, lunch and dinner, great choice. Free gym, Billiards, table tennis, swimming pool, Borjomi mineral water

Also, I really enjoyed the pool and spa, variety of saunas and everything was clean and tidy

Amazing place, best location! Birds are singing, Borjomula is noisy, the air is unreal! The hotel has everything your heart desires. The room is very comfortable and spacious, the spa is gorgeous

But there were some flaws unfortunately: the hotel didn’t provide the bed I requested, the room was quite old and tired with air conditioning barely working. And finally, the bath robe was dirty

The hotel is definitely the best option in Borjomi. Among the strong sides of the facility I can highlight really good breakfast with lots of fresh and tasty options, fruits, desserts and egg varieties

Disaappointing to try to call the room service 3 times at 11 pm between each call half an hour asking for water to the room. i went down asking for water to the room. they talked to me in a very bad way

There was a good buffet breakfast, although the restaurant was not open. The manager was friendly and she and other staff were helpful, for example with our luggage

We slept well in our firm, king bed, and enjoyed relaxing in the additional sitting space. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower, and was in good condition

Staff was really friendly, because of covid we got a private hour each day for the spa space for total relaxation. Bathroom was spacious and good shower. Breakfast was a bit to busy during 9am, when it opens

We were upgraded for this one night stay: our suite was comfortable and cosy on a chilly autum night. The Golden Tulip is a smaller, historic hotel

We choose this hotel as a historic building next to the gates of Borjomi Central Park. As it's a historic building we knew that rooms can't be very big, you have windows opening into the main courtyard and so on

I really liked the old building. We got a parking place for car at the yard of the hotel. We didn't use spa services as we had just a limited time at Borjomi but there were plenty of free times for their small spa

We ate at the restaurant twice and the food is amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you try the Khinkali and chicken Shkmeruli .. creamy garlic...heaven!

This was a wonderful, friendly hotel. The staff are very welcoming and obliging. It offers a joyful breakfast and there is an attractive garden setting with seating

It is worth seeking out as it is in a quiet location, but worth a walk around the local area when you settle in. It was very clean and comfortable and great value. Cheers Deborah Burns - Melbourne - Australia

If you have a car or are willing to be a little further away from the city, this is a terrific area. I don't believe you can find anything at this price in Borjomi

A new hotel located just 3 minutes from Borjomi Central Park. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable

Good location. Nice breakfast. And have an elevator. The hygine was exellent
