The receptionist at the front of the hotel acted arrogantly, as if the owner of the hotel had no interest in providing service. Overall, the hotel was of good standards. The decorations were old-fashioned and rather dated. The cleanliness was less than expected. During the check-in, water leaked from the bathtub, so we had to change rooms. When we changed rooms, we got a smaller room and wasted time...

My parents stayed for their holidays and they enjoyed it as it’s historical and medical place and good for families

The environment and the estate were absolutely beautiful. The room decor was a little outdated but I liked the shower pressure. The A/C was broken so even it was cool outside the room was hot. We were forced to wait a long time until they inspected the room’s minibar to let us check out….. such bummer.

Although the hotel is excellent with a jaw dropping location, the overall stay experience was just short of amazing. Reduce significantly your expectations and you’ll get used easier 😆 I wonder how is it possible in Georgia?! The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is hospitable. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces.

It's already 4th year we are celebrating New Year in Borjomi Palace, thank you especially to Anna Svanidze, Natia Sidamonidze, and to restaurant's manager, also to all the stuff(restaurant, spa and health center). We will meet again!🫶🏻

Beautiful property and attentive staff

It was great. Breakfast, night performance very nice.

Everything was fine, clean, quiet, and pleasant. The pool was closed for several days. And I was very surprised when the next morning, when I asked the staff for water, they refused. In a plastic bottle. 🤦🏼♀️ So it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Disaappointing to try to call the room service 3 times at 11 pm between each call half an hour asking for water to the room ...with no chance .. i went down asking for water to the room ...they talked to me in a very bad way ... and i need to pay for the water ...how come ?? Not for money ..i slept the night without water ... the manaver was so kind ...and the reception lady was super kind ...but unforttunately...

Amazing place, best location! Birds are singing, Borjomula is noisy, the air is unreal! The hotel has everything your heart desires. The room is very comfortable and spacious, the spa is gorgeous. Massage 5+! Breakfasts are very tasty and for every taste. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

We were upgraded for this one night stay: our suite was comfortable and cosy on a chilly autum night. The Golden Tulip is a smaller, historic hotel. Fairly recently renovated, it is not my taste in interior decoration, but it is redolent of its period, and speaks of the history of this spa town. The location is very good and the service is very friendly. However, the hardware and software facilities are relatively backward. For example, the button of the kettle in the room was burned out. We choose this hotel as a historic building next to the gates of Borjomi Central Park. This place is magical! I stayed here over Christmas holiday and had the best time I could have asked for! It was so beautiful to be here among the snow covered mountains and trees. If you want to drive car it’s too bad idea because road is in too bad condition!!! So if you have an SUV and 4x4 car everything will be fine! Or you don’t want drive car let’s say in train! Hotel is too comfortable. Zero stars for road. Five stars for hotel.

A true sample of excellent hospitality! Without doubt one of the my favorite place. I had a great 10 days! Stayed in the cozy cottage. Good quite place right in the forest. Perfect for the city escape, some fresh air and chill. We stayed in the wooden house with shared bathroom and it was simple, but clean and comfortable enough. The staff is friendly and speak English and Russian, the food is good and enough to choose from for the different tastes. Such an amazing hotel! Never had more welcoming experience! The rooms are spacious and very cosy. Clean! Tasty breakfast! Amazing terrace on the rooftop. They even gift some home wine when you arrive. Just across the road there’s Borjomi Palace, you can go there for sauna and other spa treatments. Highly recommended! Definitely wanna be back

Exciting to go on a pilgrimage to the home of Borjomi spring water!! Beautiful area with views up to mountains, the nice small town and reasonably priced restaurants with good quality food and wine. Note, it's a bit of a walk in to the springs so clarify with local folks how far a walk in it is.

A new hotel located just 3 minutes from Borjomi Central Park. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The balcony overlooks the river and the hotel staff is so kind! Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay in Borjomi.

Great location, playground and recreation area on the hotel grounds. National park nearby - air and silence! Homemade delicious breakfasts and the ability to order lunches and dinners. Balconies and personal space for relaxation even on the 1st floor. Very friendly staff, taxi directly from the hotel.

Nice, clean and comfy rooms and bathroom, very close to the park and 10 mins walk to bus stop. But that is not the reason we will definitely come back to this place. The main reason is the owner. A great host, with whom you can talk for hours. He can help you with anything and arrange anything you need. Extremely simple rooms with shared bathroom. Still okay for the money. Beware of tours with the owner. He is an extremely unpleasant person who wanted to force a 50% surcharge on the agreed price, for example, halfway through the journey. I was forced to accept an increase of 25%. The host of the guesthouse Timur is a wonderful guide and a very hospitable and helpful person! We went with him to Akhaltsikhe and the cave city of Vardzia - a lot of impressions, a very well spent day. The hot spring near Vardzia is warmer and more interesting than in Borjomi itself :)

Good hostel. Purely. Located on the mountain, gorgeous view from the room. In the dark, but with the navigator could not get up, all the time came to a dead end, but the owner went down and met. Very welcome. Of the minuses - the boiler is weak and in the winter did not cope with ice water, the hot water was lukewarm, but I am sure that they would quickly fix it. Thanks recommend!

Amazing owners, beautiful flat in the very centre of Borjomi. The apartment looks better in real life than in pictures and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The owners, who live separately but in the neighborhood, are quick to respond to any requests. They are very good people whose kindness made a highlight of our stay in the city.

The place is nice and clean. We had some noise from our neighbors but it might be just our luck... The shower has hot water but it is not perfect. Comparing to other places we stayed in, in borjomi, this has the best one

Located inside an alley, with a sign at the entrance. Clean room with private bath. Strong WiFi and some basic share kitchen facilities. Host could not speak English, but should be fine for check in & out.
