The receptionist at the front of the hotel acted arrogantly, as if the owner of the hotel had no interest in providing service. Overall, the hotel was of good standards. The decorations were old-fashioned and rather dated. The cleanliness was less than expected. During the check-in, water leaked from the bathtub, so we had to change rooms. When we changed rooms, we got a smaller room and wasted time...

My parents stayed for their holidays and they enjoyed it as it’s historical and medical place and good for families

The environment and the estate were absolutely beautiful. The room decor was a little outdated but I liked the shower pressure. The A/C was broken so even it was cool outside the room was hot. We were forced to wait a long time until they inspected the room’s minibar to let us check out….. such bummer.

The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is hospitable. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces.

It's already 4th year we are celebrating New Year in Borjomi Palace, thank you especially to Anna Svanidze, Natia Sidamonidze, and to restaurant's manager, also to all the stuff(restaurant, spa and health center). We will meet again!🫶🏻

Beautiful property and attentive staff

Very nice hotel, especially when you get a 3-meal a day option.

Hotel is interesting and comfortable. Wish the rooftop restaurant/bar was open as the view would have been great. Cleaning housekeeping staff were very nice. Only a few minute walk down to other restaurant options which was super. We would stay there again.

Spectacular hotel old castle renovated. There is complete medical Rehabilitation center. Staff are friendly welcomend. Room clean. Beautiful view. The food is acceptable.

Everything was fine, clean, quiet, and pleasant. The pool was closed for several days. And I was very surprised when the next morning, when I asked the staff for water, they refused. In a plastic bottle. 🤦🏼♀️ So it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Disaappointing to try to call the room service 3 times at 11 pm between each call half an hour asking for water to the room ...with no chance .. i went down asking for water to the room ...they talked to me in a very bad way ... and i need to pay for the water ...how come ?? Not for money ..i slept the night without water ... the manaver was so kind ...and the reception lady was super kind ...but unforttunately...

Among the strong sides of the facility I can highlight really good breakfast with lots of fresh and tasty options, fruits, desserts and egg varieties. Amazing place, best location! Birds are singing, Borjomula is noisy, the air is unreal! The hotel has everything your heart desires. The room is very comfortable and spacious, the spa is gorgeous. Massage 5+! Breakfasts are very tasty and for every taste. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

We choose this hotel as a historic building next to the gates of Borjomi Central Park. As it's a historic building we knew that rooms can't be very big, you have windows opening into the main courtyard and so on. I really liked the old building. Overall, it's a decent hotel that allows pets, for which we're especially grateful. Cons: Breakfast was included when booking, but upon arrival we learned it wasn't included, nor was it available for an extra fee. The restaurant was under renovation. In the morning, a maid popped into the room without knocking.

Lovely & comfortable A lovely and comfy hotel, great restaurant downstairs. Better than the “luxury” Crowne Plaza from across the road, where nothing is working. Will definitely consider staying here again if I am back in Borjomi!

This was a wonderful, friendly hotel. The staff are very welcoming and obliging. It offers a joyful breakfast and there is an attractive garden setting with seating. It is worth seeking out as it is in a quiet location, but worth a walk around the local area when you settle in. It was very clean and comfortable and great value. Excellent bargain. If you have a car or are willing to be a little further away from the city, this is a terrific area. The rooms are clean. There is a parking space. I don't believe you can find anything at this price in Borjomi. I really recommend.

I recommend it to those who love a quiet and calm vacation with the ringing of cowbells. Everything seems to be fine, but I expected a kinder attitude from the owners. They save on everything - electricity, slippers, robes. A very quiet hotel where there are even swings, a hammock, and a veranda. I recommend it!

This is more a motel then hotel and deserves just 2-2.5 stars. It had no phone service and had only the most basic things, I.e. 1 chair, no table, non-working TV and was quite gloomy. Employees on the other hand were very hospitable and helpful.

Just the view from the hotel property is worth the money.

A wonderful hotel in a quiet and cozy location. The hotel is located slightly uphill, which makes the area especially peaceful and comfortable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff are excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room fully matched the description and met all expectations. A great place to stay.

Beautiful view from the hotel room. The location is excellent. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very helpful. We had to walk up three floors with our suitcases. Exciting to go on a pilgrimage to the home of Borjomi spring water!! Beautiful area with views up to mountains, the nice small town and reasonably priced restaurants with good quality food and wine. Note, it's a bit of a walk in to the springs so clarify with local folks how far a walk in it is.

This hotel has an awesome location, staff is very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the room is not in the best condition, it is not clean thoroughly and the furniture is dirty. The breakfast is quite good, offering eggs, sausages, salads etc.

Excellent place. Comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, nice views of the city. Doesn’t have its own parking, and they close the door at 00:00 and can’t leave or enter until next morning. They don’t have elevator and your room can be in the 4th floor

You may be wondering if you're right when you walk into the backyard, but you are! Once you walked up the stairs and entered the building, you will be surprised. The rooms are small, but clean, renovated and air conditioned. Great location, walking distance to the botanical garden. Friendly staff!
