Where to stay in Borjomi

Its a nice cozy place. Just with unit kitchen

Amazing owners, beautiful flat in the very centre of Borjomi. The apartment looks better in real life than in pictures and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The owners, who live separately but in the neighborhood, are quick to respond to any requests. They are very good people whose kindness made a highlight of our stay in the city.

Absolutely perfect in all aspects.such wonderful hosts .Everything you may need to cook is kept there .He has well planned and utilised the space into a cute warm.n cozy place.just perfect.shops are withing walking distance.dont go by the entrance into the apartment at all.its a fabulous place.

The place is nice and clean. We had some noise from our neighbors but it might be just our luck... The shower has hot water but it is not perfect. Comparing to other places we stayed in, in borjomi, this has the best one

Located inside an alley, with a sign at the entrance. Clean room with private bath. Strong WiFi and some basic share kitchen facilities. Host could not speak English, but should be fine for check in & out.

Best value for money. Hot shower, comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, hot tea. Host allowed us to check in early and check out late, offered hot coffee in the morning. Very close to the park, restaurants and shops.

We stayed in Borjomi for one day, and Nana took us in, told us everything, and showed us around. She's a very kind and responsive host. If we return, we'll definitely stay here.

Exceptional budget forest resort. The manager speaks English and the staff are extremely kind. The spa was developed around a spring that is theraputic for skin conditions. It's more like a summer camp /traditional Caucasus resort than a contemporary spa. It's a very good value, meals are provided three times, but bring your own condiments like tkemali, hot sauce or ketchup. There are nice walking...

This place is magical! I stayed here over Christmas holiday and had the best time I could have asked for! It was so beautiful to be here among the snow covered mountains and trees. It truly felt like a fairytale. Also, the food was AMAZING. The kitchen staff provided us with some delicious meals that blew us away. If you want to drive car it’s too bad idea because road is in too bad condition!!! So if you have an SUV and 4x4 car everything will be fine! Or you don’t want drive car let’s say in train! Hotel is too comfortable. Zero stars for road. Five stars for hotel.

A true sample of excellent hospitality! Without doubt one of the my favorite place. I had a great 10 days! Stayed in the cozy cottage. Amazing place, it's really little paradise in the middle of forest. Fresh air,  healthy food and fantastic natural baths. I enjoyed the peace and quiet I needed. Every staff member was extremely friendly, attentive, kind and lovely, all of them were in very good spirits...

Good quite place right in the forest. Perfect for the city escape, some fresh air and chill. We stayed in the wooden house with shared bathroom and it was simple, but clean and comfortable enough. The staff is friendly and speak English and Russian, the food is good and enough to choose from for the different tastes. There’re baths which help with skin problems, little walks around, basketball court...

Well, if not for the lady assisting me, I would have said the place is a very big disappointment. The location is up the hill that if you walk to it, you will get easily exhausted. There is no heater in the room but the futons are perfectly warm. The toilet us very clean and big. You will need to pass by the room of the man caring for the hostel if you plan to cook or heat something up.

I really recommend coming here. You will get the most amazing view in Borjomi. The place itself is beautiful and clean. You get everything you need (including a kitchen for yourself). And most important, the hostess is a very sweet and kind person. She treated me like family, was very caring and always brought treats to the room. Excellent place, highly recommended!

Loved it. Good hosts. The room is clean. Gave water from the road. Internet is fast. And generally good in Borjomi.

This is one of the best places to settle in and rest for a vacation. I personally think that everything is perfect. It is in the forest which gives you a good view of the city. It is really peaceful and awesome in there. I TOTALLY recommend this one to EVERYBODY. - Nana Goglodze

Nice and clean place enough to 7 people have a kitchen and a bathroom and one of the owners of the house respectful provide you with the assistance of all the best garden suitable for children

The owner is very nice. Although the entrance is a bit difficult, he helped us with luggage and everything we needed. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very friendly dude who we dealt with night and day. High standard of accommodation, comfy bed, nice hot shower, wifi, all was good here.

You may be wondering if you're right when you walk into the backyard, but you are! Once you walked up the stairs and entered the building, you will be surprised. The rooms are small, but clean, renovated and air conditioned. Great location, walking distance to the botanical garden. Friendly staff!

What an amazing stay I had with my wife in Giorgi House . This is my 2nd time visiting Georgia and couldn’t not come to experience Borjomi mountains . Giorgi is Always helpful and professional and his Family are very kind . Thank you Giorgi If you are visiting Georgia I really recommend visiting Giorgi House and the BBQ facilities as well .

Mamuka and Giorgi are very good hosts… everything is clean and well maintained. We stayed for 6 Nights and it was great! Don’t miss to try the Breakfast or Dinner! We also loved the two lovely dogs 😊

The house is so comfy and convenient, very nice yard, friendly dogs and nice mountains views, good terrace, the host is super friendly, she gifted us with a Chiken BBQ, I wish I had more time to stay there! RECOMENDED!!!♥️

Incredibly nice hosting! Very helpful with everything. The room was clean and comfortable! The view from the common balcony amazingly beautiful. There are two dogs in the property whose also super sweet! Highly recommended!
