Heritage Hotel & Suites in Tbilisi

Most pathetic hotel.They are cheaters.Specially indians must stay away.They are pure racist.They are totally non co operative and rude.Pls for god sake never go to this hotel.

We checked into our room late, around 1:00 a.m., with two children, ages 7 months and 3 years old, and we'd previously requested a crib. The travel agent booked us into a superior room with two children, forgetting to include another child. The crib turned out to be just a playpen without a mattress. In the end, the four of us barely fit on a double bed, and you can imagine how we slept the first night. After complaining to the hotel manager and travel agent, we were moved to a room downgraded under the pretense of getting an extra bed, but it turned out to be a foldout bed that was broken and kept folding up every time we sat on it. Ultimately, we were assigned a room downgraded, still with one double bed. Instead of a mattress, they put a rolled-up blanket in the crib. After the hotel manager, Lika, found out that I hadn't made the reservation, but rather a travel agent through ***********, and that I wouldn't be able to leave a review, she stopped contacting me. From that point on, there were no managers at the hotel; no one wanted to listen to us. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. They'll pretend to try to solve your problems, but ultimately, they just don't care. The plumbing in our room was leaking. The walls were peeling. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very fresh. The location is in a quiet area.
