My experience here was amazing. This lovely lady, Asma, was incredibly helpful and generous. She even communicated with me in Arabic! I was visiting from Saudi Arabia, and I was so surprised and happy to find someone from my culture here. God bless her. The hotel is a bit of a maze and has two buildings and is renovating rooms but by bit but the room I had in the annex B was spacious and very clean indeed . Because it’s an old building of course some rooms are bigger than others and some have good views and some don’t but that’s what you would expect. I’m a bit baffled...

OK, a hotel in a tourist attraction

The location of this hotel is perfect, the view where the breakfast goes is fantastic Everything is clean, personal of the hotel is very helpful and polite

The room is small, and the odor in the shower can be solved by covering the floor drain with a floor towel. But the rooftop breakfast restaurant has a beautiful view of the city, and the breakfast is also very satisfactory. Not far from the airport, it is a good place to stay as a first stop.

The hotel is better than expected, the breakfast is also very rich, I like it. The front desk spoke very gently.

Like, beautiful environment, I chose the suite, sufficient water pressure, the disadvantage is the drain is not fast enough. My favorite is to enjoy breakfast, although there are not many options, if you can have more fresh fruit even better. But the environment is truly amazing. Feeling happy after breakfast.

The street side is a bit noisy, and the floor is low... It may not be very friendly to those who are sensitive to noise.

Fabulous experience. Right from check in and the dining exp at the restaurant was excellent. Eka and David from the front office to Lisa at the restaurant made our visit a memorable and happy with a wow experience. The food choice for vegetarians was great and the quality was exquisite. Just completed a fantastic stay at this hotel. The entire experience was wonderful, from the smooth check-in process to the comfortable room. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Loved the balcony view and how close the hotel is to public transport. The staff upgraded us to a larger room without even asking, which was a nice surprise. Clean towels and room service every day. Would recommend for couples!

The location is very good close to Liberty metro station and freedom square. The breakfast should have more variety. The hotel has parking garage. However the hotel is old and the air conditioning doesn’t seem to work very well.

The breakfast here is nice and the room where you have breakfast is nice too. The rooms are clean and so are the sheets. There aren't any bugs. The only problem is the shower head and the shower door. The door in the shower itself has two gaps that allow the water to splash the toilet and the floor a lot. Superb large room on the top floor with a beautiful view from the large terrace. The breakfast is refined and offers multiple dishes (salad, croissant, bread, cereal, fruit, sausage and local specialty) Location in the capital very convenient to get to the tourist places on foot or by Bolt - Swimming pool and Sauna very pleasant

A very average hotel. It is clean and room was spacious, but location on a side street without an easy cross walk makes it not super ideal and it can be loud with cars and nightly protests. The front desk staff is not friendly or helpful - struggled to open door a few times when hands were full and they never got up to help, barely looked up from the desk.

The air conditioner had a problem. The weather was a bit cold, so I wanted to turn on the air conditioner for heating. The air conditioner was already in heating mode, but after it was turned on for a while, the temperature displayed was even lower, from 19.2 degrees to 18.5 degrees. I woke up from the cold at night. Very nice and standard hotel in the heart of the city. All attractions are reachable with a short/cheap bolt ride. We paid half a night for a very early check in (7 am) which was absolutely worth it. The staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is very decent with an omelette station.

the room is simple but nice the location is good near of bus station and about 10 min to the metro. no any store around but you need to walk.

Good location in the city center and close to the bus stop. I got a little sick during my stay, but the facilities were good so I was able to relax. I asked for a late check-out and they did it for a very reasonable price. I would like to stay here again.

The hotel is located near to the old city (10 mins by walk). It was clean, rooms are big, breakfast could be better but it was also ok. I really liked the room with two big terraces. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful place. Definitely acceded expectations. Great view - you’ll be no longer surprised by any tourists viewpoint of the city. I wouldn’t walk up there with a luggage, just choose taxi, but after it is just fine if you expect to walk around the old town anyway.  Very nice breakfast selection. And the stuff is very attentive. Exceptionally clean rooms. And I truly enjoyed its stylistic choice....

I had a wonderful experience at Sole Palace. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Breakfasts were really delicious and variety of dishes was quite good Bed was very soft and clean. Bathroom was equipped well. Room service did their job professionally and kept it clean every day. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The hotel is by the parliament and there’s protest daily but not noisy as other travelers said. Great for value.

Great location. Nice room with a large and comfortable bed. The room is not noisy. Delicious varied breakfast (especially pancakes) The plus was that the sauna and pool were open until 00:00 We will be happy to come again!!!

The hotel is conveniently located to downtown and bus lines. There were a few small things wrong that the hotel tried to correct like room being too hot, water leaking from sink, no towels. Once it was all sorted, it was ok. We didn’t pay for breakfast as it was rather expensive so can’t comment on that.

We were a bit unlucky with our stay because there were protests around the parliament (right next door) at that time. So last night was pretty sleepless for us. If the room had been well insulated it wouldn't have been a problem at all, but obviously it isn't. I know that hotel can't necessarily do anything about it and I also understand the people who are currently fighting for their rights and freedom...
