Hotel is located in the centre of old town and has fantastic viewing point on the terrace where breakfast is served. We were lucky with parking spaces near hotel so this was bonus points for us. Breakfast was delicious both days with varieties of the choices. Owner speaking fluent English and it is super nice and helpful. Rooms need a bit of refreshing for something a little modern.

Very good position for visiting old tbilisi. Ancient building with stunning view on the whole city from a fantastic terrace. The rooms are small but very clean. Breakfast was sufficient, dinner was super! The owner is a very friendly lady.

I cannot overstate how much I loved my stay here. Mari is a wonderful host who cooks delicious food. While it is a steep climb to get here, the view from the terrace is well worth it. Additionally, I attended a cooking class here in which we made khachapuri, khinkali and eggplant. Breakfast was incredible each day, sitting on the terrace is very special. They also have wine for sale.

This is the perfect hotel for your stay in Tblisi. The woman who runs the hotel is so lovely and kind. She will help you with whatever you need. The view from the balcony is breathtakingly amazing. The rooms are comfortable with nice beds, AC, and bathroom. The location is great, located right in old town. Book your stay here!

Very good rooms with a mind-blowing view. Located in the old town part of Tbilisi where it is so pleasant to have a walk in a nice atmosphere.
And the best of the best is Marie, the owner, with her energy, her smile, and the smell of her diners!

Mari and Arthur are wonderful hosts. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and very comfortable. The terrace and the view are amazing. Located in the middle of the old city. The breakfast is very tasty. We will gladly return to this welcoming home!
