Adam Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi

Two days before arrival, the manager contacted me on whatsapp and informed me that the King Tom hotel had a problem with a pipe and we were moved to a new hotel, Hotel Boutique Adam. Unfortunately, this hotel completely did not meet the standards I paid for when booking.

Our room was located in the basement. It was cold, so the air conditioning had to be on all the time. In addition, we had no duvet on the beds, only thin material. During our 4-day stay, no one even changed our towels. We also did not get new toilet paper. If no one cleans the room for 4 days, it cannot be called a hotel. This is a hostel! 😂

Another problem was the bathroom. The shower was open, so after each use the entire bathroom was wet, and unfortunately there was nothing to collect the water, so the bathroom could not be used normally. We collected water with towels, which were not replaced during our 4-day stay. Additionally, there was not even a waste bin in the entire room and we had to collect waste in shopping bags. 🤦‍♂️

Breakfast is only from 9:00 to 10:00, so if you have a trip planned or want to go out earlier, you won't get the breakfast you pay for.

I have never written a complaint about a hotel, and I have been to 43 countries. I would not write now either because it was not the owner's fault that a pipe burst in another hotel and we were moved to this one, but before arrival everyone told us that Georgians are very hospitable and nice. In this hotel we felt like intruders. NEVER at the reception pople talk first „good morning” . we would always say that and the people at the reception answered very dryly, which was very strange for us because we are always positive and we try to always smile at everyone.
