Recently stayed here and could not fault anything about our stay. The staff were so helpful and polite. The food is excellent and well priced. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. Would recommend staying here

I travel to Karlsruhe two or three times a year for work, and this hotel has been my home away from home for the past five years. The service is consistently excellent — from the friendly cleaning crew to the attentive hotel manager. The staff always make me feel welcome, and their professionalism and warmth are truly exceptional.

A good hotel, a solid 4. Clean rooms, large windows, and lots of light. The price/quality ratio is a bit high. But overall, no complaints.

The Hotel is located nicely in central Karlsruhe. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast option is up to the standard. There is, however, no AC working. "It is not hot enough". There was 26 degrees celsius in the night in my room and no AC. Opening windows is also not an option as downstairs there are people smoking, so you either choose to be smoked...

Relaxing A very comfortable overnight stay with secure underground parking and good restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Our bedroom and bathroom were spotless .

I stayed there with 5 collegues for an exbhition and we were all very pleased with our stay. The hotel is only a few minutes from the tram station that took us directly to the Exhibition Centre within 15 minutes-ish. I was looking for a hotel close to the train station for a short weekend to rest and get to know a new place. It is just like 200 m from the station, just a short walk easy to do with the bit of luggage, so that objective was fulfilled. 3 star at best. Rooms are really dated. Bed was good, pillows terrible. Staff were friendly, location, right next to train station, so 15/20 mins walk to centre, bur ideal to move on your next leg of a trip. The lift is the best part of the hotel, built1928 - a national treasure, supposedly.

Good location near the station. Loved that our room overlooked the zoo and we could see the animals. Our own animal was well treated, good room, comfy bed, breakfast pretty good and welcoming staff on arrival. Thank you!

We payed far over 500 euros, and sadly did not get what you would expect for this price. Our room was outdated and the bathroom had some molt. The walls were not white anymore. The location is great, but it is time for some investment and modernization. We did not understand why the bar/cafe had no personal. The breakfast is absolutely not bad, but even that could have some extra attention.

Extremely convenient location when arriving by train. Very helpful staff. Loved the old world atmosphere and especially the 1914 lift! Room large and spacious. No tea or coffee but we never use those anyway.

Very good location, right next to the market square. All facilities are complete. There is a hotel parking lot and a place to charge electric cars. The parking fee when I went was 15 euros per night. The minibar in the room is free.
