Great stay at Pentahotel Kassel! Super kid-friendly, staff made us feel welcome as a family, rooms are comfy, and location near the station is perfect. Best part: they still let you pay in cash (unlike those annoying cashless hotels). Relaxed vibe in the lounge and a good base for exploring Kassel!

The design is a bit colorful for my taste.
The shower installation needs refurbishment ( leaky tube, rust in the bath tub). Too many Emails!!!!

Bad Service, when you call only an AI will pick up and answer your questions not that accurately. The room was not clean at all and way smaller than described. The Sauna is nice though.

This was our 2nd stay at Penta Hotel and it was wonderful as ever. Thank you for the beautifully laid out rooms with all required amenities easily accessible. Thank you for the clean rooms.

I am in Kassel once a year for 3 nights! This was my first visit to Penta hotels and wont be my last! Funky rooms with lots of colour and an enormous comfortable bed! The staff are cool and very helpful! The food was excellent! It was the first time i looked forward to returning to my hotel at night! The southern fried chicken burger was 10 out of 10, the fish and chips was an 8( i just had fish and chips in London so hard to compete with that) and the angas burger was a 9 out of 10 ( one of yhe best i had eaten! Dont get me started on Breakfast! They have everything you can want! To quote Arnold “I will be back”!

I had requested a baby bed when I made the reservation, and it was supposed to be free. However, unfortunately, it wasn't available upon arrival, and I didn’t have the time to discuss the matter further.
In addition, I needed a kettle and had to speak with the staff three times before it was finally brought to the room.
The room amenities were somewhat disappointing compared to other hotels in the same price range — for example, there was no mini fridge.
However, overall, the room is good, the bed is large, and the hotel's location is excellent.
