Excellent staff, rooms were roomy and bright, a bit worn, not too bad. Some noise from street and building construction, also not too bad. Great breakfast..staff was outstanding.

Centrally located, 10 minutes walk to the ski resort, there is another MONKEYLAND also 15 minutes walk.
The on-site restaurants and bars have a variety of styles and tastes good.
There is parking on site.

The worst ever. Lots of money spent on nothing. Pasta bolognese was is worst than eating simple bread. Schnitzel with fries was poor. Eat somewhere else. Thanks! M.

We loved it! We stayed here for 4 nights and we were sad to leave. We arrived at new year's eve, but didn't made any reservation in a restaurant. Luckily the hotel already had a table reserved in the restaurant! The food was good and the place has a old German appearance with cozy booths. Our room was also good. Enough space to store your clothes and other stuff. The room had a balcony with a beautiful view of a part of the city and 1 slope. The location of the hotel is perfect! You can walk to the center and to the slopes. The staff was very friendly and no matter how busy it was, they always took the time when you asked something. Our next stay in Winterberg is without a doubt going to be here if possible!
