I left the hotel today, after spending three months. I have to say that they gave me a good offer in the beginning. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was nice (i was given the garden apartment in floor 4). I agreed with them on weekly cleaning, and in the first few week, I wasn't getting enough towels, shampoo, and rarely a shaving kit. The reception team were not very responsive, especially Britta. A few weeks after that, with the declining cleaning service, i found three spiders in my bed. I escalated this to the hotel manager, who wasn't very kind but was surely very responsive, and they instantly started to clean the rooms better and give me more shampoo and towels.

I dealt with two reception ladies: Shevvy and Britta. To be honest: I have been to so many hotels around the world, and i don't remember meeting a receptionist who is as rude and unprofessional as Britta was. She was definitely one of the biggest cons in this hotel. I even remember that in my second month and after telling her that i found more spiders, she said something like: if you don't like our hotel go find another hotel(!!) can anyone imagine?

On the other hand, Shevvy was very professional, very responsive, and very kind. She is truly a sweetheart.

Another con is that there is rarely a person who can help with bags, and that the reception closes in evenings.

We got their most expensive room, which was spacious and had a bathtub and a beautiful garden, but nothing more: no fridge, no room service, no kettle nor coffee maker. There were only two small bottles of shampoo and two glasses, that was all the room facility. The breakfast was also very poor and limited. No cake or viennoiserie. There was only small plate on your table and no extra plates were available. So, in this covid time, you had to get up put your mask on and go to refill your plate a few times, which was super annoying.

Need some improvement
Breakfast was not great. For the price they are charging, it can be much, much better. Wifi was really bad. You have to sit in a cornor of the room to get all bars.

This is one of the best hotels in mulhiem to stay with. Very professional and courteous services. Lovely and scenic view of the forest and the streets from the rooms. Breakfast is available as well. Spacious rooms with balcony available for some categories. Kitchen also available under some bookings.

We were welcomed with great hospitality. The room was large enough and very clean. The beds were a little soft to my opinion. Breakfast was great.

Stayed here for a night, just to enjoy the christmas markets. My lord were we surprised. Originally we booked this for the lower pricing, but never would we have expected the size and luxury of the rooms. And this took nothing away from the outstanding service and thoughtfullness of the employees.incredibly kind and homely people. Definitly recommend staying here
