Just your average affordable hotel with a pool. Too many guests , working class and students on tour when I checked in . Front desk staff not friendly or hospitable enough. Including staff in the restaurant /bar . Your "to go food " comes with the tray you need to carry on your own to your room , they say thats how they serve food for take out to your room and nobody to offer a hand even if you have your luggages ... then the tray !

The personals were kind and friendly. Rooms er clean, Very satisfied with the breakfast buffet. I Will choose the same hotelif i Will visit Dusseldorf again.

Room was dirty - hair in the sink and shower. Not only a bit, but whole hairballs.
Toilets didn’t work properly.
Bed was very bad
The pool was cold and the staff was very rude and disrespectful.
All in all a worn out place that I can not recommend anyone visiting.

Huge hotel, easy parking, location was ok, building and rooms getting old, but all was clean! Restaurant was very good! And breakfast had a very good selection - hot & cold.

We arrived at 8pm and were told that their restaurant shifts at 9 , in summer , height season .
They gave a us a list of take away places nearby that all shut between 9 and 10.
Uncomfortable pillows, scarne bathroom, sad interiors , dirty carpet , mouldy sink and bath .

This is one of the most horrible hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

It started with the employees – they were not welcoming and didn’t even look at you when speaking. Maybe they are overworked or underpaid, but either way the service felt unfriendly.

The room was disappointing: very old, humid, full of mosquitoes, and with no air conditioning – making it unbearable in summer. To make it worse, there was no soap provided.
Breakfast was just okay, but the coffee tasted awful and I even found a hair in the water.
Never ever again – I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pool ok. Tiny toilets/showers in rooms.

Avoid during summer holidays.

Bartending staff have about as much charm as a concussed Tasmanian Devil.

I may have well saved the money and gotten better service at my local spa.
