Booked here via airbnb for 4 persons. On the airbnb website it looked like we Booked a smalle apartment with 4 beds. However, on arrival, it only had 3 beds. Not to mention the fact it hardly looked like advertised on airbnb. The photo's on the airbnb site showed way different interior.

Complained with the reception, Who didnt speak English. Lucky for us and them they had a spare room and after some back and forth we got the 2nd room. This room was quite decent and a 'normal' hotel feel.

There bed was quite horrible and the blanket was quite cold. Not to mention the weird blinds for the windows that are letting a lot of light through.

In the morning the hallway smelt like a sewer.

So... Would not recoment this place and won't book this again.

Amazing Stay at Kispet Deluxe Hotel! Our experience at Kispet Deluxe Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and elegantly decorated. The staff was incredibly attentive and hospitable, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, especially for those who want to try local flavors. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Without a doubt, we would love to stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great stay
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all amenities needed for your stay. Ideal location only 5 min taxi or 20 min walk to the train station

Zero stars if it was possible. Booked this because it was fairly close to the center. Plainly told us that the rooms were full and moved us to a hotel 6 kilometers down the road. This is an absolute outrage.

Didn't have the best of facilities in our room, only a fridge, kettle and microwave. Couldn't cook anything. Don't know why they allow children if they constantly tell them to hush! Parking is a nightmare
