The check in procedure was as described. Good communication from the hotel. The staff were pleasant and the room was very comfortable and clean.

Great, clean and calm place. Personnel is looking to solve any requirement you may have. I am staying there already more than once, and I will be happy to be their guest again.

We found this a convenient place to stay -- right on the tram line and only 4 stops from the main train station. We had two solo rooms and they were very clean. The breakfast was varied, good and served in a very pleasant room. There was a grocery store not too far away, and at least one good restaurant within walking distance. We were very pleased with this hotel that was quite convenient for visit. There are two things that travelers should be aware of . . .while there are rooms on the first floor, many of the rooms require you to use stairs -- including the breakfast room. We also found the shower floors slippery when exiting the showers and special care has to be taken to avoid to be safe.

Very calm and net place, personnel is very practical and cooperative, breakfast like at home, public transportation stays almost in front of the hotel, all recommendations!

It is a comfortable, clean hotel. I was as comfortable as in my own home. I stayed for 2 nights. If I go there again, it will be my first choice. The breakfast fee was extra. But I felt like I was at my own home again. The lady in charge of the breakfast was extremely kind and attentive. Many thanks to the hotel official and staff. Thank you, endless greetings and love. Quite good room, but really cold and dirty indoor swimming Pool. All in all okay

Unmanned reception. No services fr lunch or dinner. Noone to even help in emergency. Tho kitchen well equipped

The room was very nice and the breakfast was lovely. The staff in the morning were very friendly. The staff in the evening when we arrived were not too friendly as there had been a miscommunication regarding the arrival time. My confirmation email said that the reception was open until 22:00, but the reality was that it was open until 19:00 on a Saturday.

Good hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly. Clean. Large rooms. Easy and save parking. Aldi and Edeka markets nearby. Nearby Italian restaurant. Easy motorway and city centre access. Recommended.
