Parking was available (for a fee), but unfortunately, it was completely icy (not gritted), and the only instruction was, "Please be careful, it's very slippery." This was unacceptable to us. We won't be returning.
Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.
I thought the personal welcome in the room in the form of a postcard was a very nice touch and a good way to create a lasting memory.
The rooms are good, the beds comfortable, but I kept moving the mattress because they were two beds pushed together, each with its own mattress... The mess on my beds was sorted out – the beds were tidy again, and my clothes were folded – thank you so much! 😀
Breakfast had a small but good selection, ranging from sweet to savory, including muesli/cornflakes and fruit. There were various types of coffee, milk, juices, water, and sparkling wine. Using the elevator woke me up in the morning because it was very cold – but it was an outside elevator, so it wasn't a big deal. ;-)
Overall, I was very satisfied and would gladly return. :-)
