Loved my stay here! Staff kept my luggage before check in and provided me free of charge a guest mobility card so I could travel around for free! Location is prime between train station and old town. I stay at 3rd floor. So hard with big luggage to go into the room. No lift

Charming hotel of which the oldest part is from the 19th century. It's now three interconnected buildings with many corridors and stairs. The elevator to my room was somewhere on the first floor. The room was quiet and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was nice and served in a room with a view over the valley below.

Everything is super good. Bus stop is right outside of the hotel, easy to go to hauptbanhof.

Stayed three nights in the honeymoon suite for our honeymoon, and it was incredible. Gorgeous room, with a personal sauna, and a giant standing tub. The views out the window from the bedroom are to die for. What a stunning place.

The location is excellent—peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to explore Berchtesgaden and nearby attractions with ease. Not great for summer, no aircon, or fan available, no room service. Nice property but better for winter I guess as was very hot and just not worth the high end dollars.

A truly stunning place to stay. We typically don’t visit a place twice but I would 100% come back here in the summer or fall. We stayed in one of the “cabins” and it was perfect for our family of 4. Nice, new and family friendly hotel with top location. Due to restaurant and beer garden on site, very convenient for families with kids. Would have rated significantly higher, if rooms had been clean. Despite room service coming every day, rooms didn’t appear clean.

The hotel is run by two super lovely people, and you can tell how much time and love they invest in the hotel. Both come from the area and always have good tips on what to do in the vicinity.
