I was waiting for a friend but reception is friendly and it's quite nice

NO RECOMMENDATION!
We were there between the days and even after telephone consultation we stood in front of the door and had to call the owner so that someone came and "checked us in". There is no reception. The room was stuck in the 70s, the mattresses were saggy and the duvets thin, I was freezing. In addition, the hotel lighting seemed to shine into the room, the curtains are a wafer-thin privacy screen. The fridge was noisy.

One should take an example from the host. With little effort and a big heart, he offers some frozen goods for consumption, but refines them with fresh ingredients. Price/performance top.
If you're lucky, the landlord will even grill you freshly if you like. Great conversations and an entertaining evening are the result. A cold draft beer or a glass of wine make the evening after work a pleasure. Quiet rooms as the hotel is in a backyard.

Catastrophe! EVEN ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!!!!The owner states that 90% of the hotel is fully booked. Unfortunately that's not true because I saw the list of customers.
Light in bedroom and bathroom not working. The bathroom is moldy and the
Mattresses are very old and saggy. I already have back pain (at 24).
No value is placed on safety either, as there are no smoke detectors at all!
