Hotel Drei Kronen in Dortmund

The hotel is in the same market. It does not have its own free parking. I had a small room, the very small bathroom made me uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning. I went on a business trip, I stayed at this hotel because I didn't have many options. It was in the area closest to my business meetings and there were no other options nearby. The hotel is really not a bad hotel. If I have to return I would stay there again. Fair price for this type of hotel $40 to $80 per night. If you are going to pay more than that, I would think about it a lot.

On a separate matter not related to the hotel, I would like to take advantage of this space to express my annoyance with *******. I am a platinum member who aspired to be a gold member. Because of Expedia's policies I have lost hundreds of dollars. I really had to go to other agencies to be able to resolve my trip to Germany since ******* did not give me the support I deserved. 0 stars for *******.

Our room was near the reception and we heard everything. So really noisy.
We only had towels for one person and the bathrooms are small. Beds were fine

It was very dirty. All electric appliances were broken. There was no heating. And they NEVER gave me my money back. Only lying all the time. I am shocked how people can be so hypocritical.

Once I made reservation accidentally. Although I said I am using wheelchair and I can not climb the stairs with my chair they didn't ccept to refund me my money. Althoguh technically they are right, ethically it's a shame on them. I had to talk to them for many months to get at least half of the money. The didn't reply on my mails, they've promised to refund by didn't etc.... Disaster customer satisfaction...
