Heater is not working.
The bathroom had no drainage so water was piling up which was a problem.

I kindly asked twice to refill the shampoo and body wash but they never did. The lady in the reception desk does not speak english. After 10pm the reception is closed and if an emergency happens you cannot contact with anyone from the staff. The sheets were dirty with marks from previous guests and the bed next to mine had hair on it from previous guests. Breakfast is available only for 2 hours from 7am-9am. Last but not least if you consider the price of the room i will definitely avoid this hotel next time.

Save your money
Very old hotel, very hot rooms.
Probably couldnt be a worse area of town. Elevator broken down for our whole stay. WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Needless to say, the three-star rating is because it does not deserve four stars. All of them are generals and generals and can only be said to be liveable.

Functions as a city hotel, clean, beds OK, shower small but OK, bed linen and towels white and clean, breakfast also good, but unfortunately the elevator is out of order and it is tiring to climb 2 flights of stairs.

Check-in went smoothly. Ctrip provided help. The hotel's exterior is average and the room is large.

Online, it said that the front desk staff would be there until 10pm. We arrived at 8:56 p.m.,and there was no one. The hotel was locked, and we weren't able to go inside or check in. We tried every form of getting ahold of someone to no avail. I ended up having to book a new hotel after trying for about 40 minutes.

The website says there is someone there to check you in until 2200, it is wrong. We arrived at 2045, no one was there. We sat in the parking lot until 2200 trying to get ahold of someone for check in information. There is only an answering machine, in German, and I don't speak the language. It does say something about calling another number. We then left and went to another hotel.
