You will appreciate every single detail which you would normally not expect in a small Side walk hotel like this. It ticks most of the boxes like Radisson Blue would except having a mini bar, but the staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast fully equipped. It really was much better than expected. Cons: a bit far to the shopping street and weak WiFi in the room... but that's not even worth mentioning...

Hotel Neuhaus is somewhat basic in its furnishings but everything is thoughtfully planned and laid out. For example, there is a chair on the landing between floors. Budget friendly hotel, room was nice. Aircon was loud and didn’t do an awful lot, Bathroom was the best. Bed very comfortable however the bedroom itself wasn’t exactly spacious! Be prepared, no wardrobe or draws of any kind just a rail for hangers. No safe either, bottle of water supplied but room was that disgustingly warm it was warm as there wasn’t a fridge. Well worth the stay if visiting...

We stayed 2 nights as part of a package to see Borussia Dortmund play. The hotel is well outside the city centre however it is conveniently located across the road from a light railway station that had a regular service to the city centre, taking approximately 15 minutes. Staff where friendly and helpful at check in and helped us to move room when we were booked into a double instead of a twin room...

We stop in this hotel on the way to UK and i have to tell you that... beds are very comfortable, hotel very quiet and Clean! The raceprion lady was very very nice, we arrive at the hotel nearly 22 oclock and we was so hungry , we was travelling a long time ( menu was only in germany language that the only minus ) but she speak english really good so i ask her if they can make me a pasta with mushroom...

Great hotel - will return when in Dortmund. The room was exceptionally spacious, with plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings. One of the lights wasn’t working but to be honest I forgot to report it. It had a little fridge which was great for keeping my beers cool! The staff were really friendly and welcoming. It’s a nice simple good and clean Hotel. Good breakfast and nice rooms. It’s online check in and rooms are locked with code. Perfect. No bar but I didn’t need and better no bar than a bad one. Bed is perfect and bathroom is big enough. The rooms are bigger than many hotel rooms

Nice spot for a night or two. Stayed for euros. Nice room, amazingly comfortable bed. The bathroom is only seperated by a sliding door which was weird for us. Super overpriced, however for non euro trips may be a good choice if it is economical. Close to metro, not near much else.

Reasonable. Receptionist looked miserable on arrival. No lifts in the property so obviously had to use the stairs. Rooms were quite small, no air conditioning or fans and so the windows had to remain open. The main street was very noisy and so found it difficult to sleep. Coffee machine in each room, but you have to pay 1 euro per pod and use a plastic cup. Shower and toilet had sliding doors...

The best hotel we have ever booked in Dortmund. The person who worked there was even able to speak Netherlands, polish and English and did very well in preparing the breakfast.

I was with my family last weekend for just 1 night and it was very pleasant, I have nothing to complain about. It is a hotel away from the center, modern and comfortable. We didn't arrive in time for dinner at the restaurant but it would certainly be an option. The room was clean, good supply of soap, towels and toilet paper. In the wardrobe were the slippers and plastic bags. Good cost-benefit.

Came for business trip intertabak but brought my wife and son along. Breakfast had limited choices but sufficient for business trip. Croissants are goood crispy and soft inside. Hi, the hotel is great! Very comfortable beds and the service is excellent. We arrived at 12:30 and our room was already ready :) The man at reception is super nice and helpful. 5 minutes from the main train station and 10 minutes to the city center – a great location! We'll definitely stay here again :)

Excellent hotel Every time we are going to Dortmund we book this hotel. It’s clean, staff friendly, breakfast delicious. Location perfect. Normally we check in online the day before which means at the hotel the check in takes only a minute. Everything just perfect.

Overall, for the price, it was fantastic. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied :)

Room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very accommodating as our floor had no hot water for our entire stay and they made a plan to get us a hot shower. The breakfast is not worth the additional cost.

I have work this hotel 4 week as a practice (Heißt in Deutschland Pratikum ) I have really good time here specially Herr Westermeier he is such a awesome and kind person I ever meet in Germany and there housekeeping staff they are just amazing I just sheare my experience beacause it is more important for me how they care for there staff and it is totally same case for guest also when they not care...

Intimacy of the location. Cool design. Clean. Easy access to public transportation (bus&train), around 10 min. away from the town center by bus/car. Nearby markets and gas station. Quiet and cool vibe neighborhood. The location has its own restaurant (I didn't check it however as I was in a rush mode). For the money I paid, I am satisfied. Heater is not working. The bathroom had no drainage so water was piling up which was a problem.

The stay was accompanied by an incident.

Needless to say, the three-star rating is because it does not deserve four stars. All of them are generals and generals and can only be said to be liveable.

Overall very basic rooms clean and neat & good value for money. Great and friendly staff. Surprised where found out only two set duvets as I booked for 2 adults and child and same with breakfast seems there was some communication error between Accor and hotel. Anyway price reflected everything.

Not bad for a cheap hotel. Even had lager in vending machines which was a big bonus as it was very hot and I was travelling on my motorcycle. Clean and fairly quiet apart from Hungarian truck drivers drinking beer outside of the hotel, but in all honesty couldn't blame them as the temp was over 30 Celsius and would've joined them if I knew any Hungarian hahhaha.

Room was nice, but: It is very difficult to find the hotel, using the street address in the GPS. There is no lift and i my room was at 3rd floor. Wi-Fi was very slow and it didn't work all night long (cheked with laptop and smartphone).

A good hotel for its price. Not so modern or cool, but very close to the railway station and at a good price. What is not convenient - the reception working hours. We were lucky that our arrival time was not late. Just the guests must be aware of it. TV was not working that made my dad not happy )

The location is vrty close to the main train station. The room is very clean. Even though there is not a shower in the room, the shared shower room is very clean and easy to use. The only draw back is it is a bit hot after an afternoon of.sunshine. There is no aircon. I open the window and door for half an hour then it is ok.

The location is good, the room is large, very clean and hygienic, the bed is large, and the comforter is clean. The sleep was great.
