I visited the winter exhibition in the nearby park and dined here afterwards. The restaurant was quaint, clean and with a menu of good food choices. Nice place.

The queues for the Christmas lighting were really long. The setup was good. A nice place to bring children!

We went there for a long weekend with our caravan.
Staff has been very friendly and client oriented.
Camp place is clean, fresh water available (approx. 100m)
Power sockets available close to the places.
Nice area - especially the lake which is reachable approx 5 min bike.
Very good own produced Gin Tonic in the restaurant ;-)

The Waldsee Golf Resort offers parking spaces for motorhomes. We were there with our motorhome. We went for the light event. In some parts it was very beautiful, in others it was rather boring, maybe there was no snow, I don't know but I would never come specifically for the event again. The new saunas are not great. Either it was too hot or it didn't reach the desired temperature. It was overcrowded that day and not really relaxing apart from the event. Because of the event, the relaxation room was quite loud from the music outside. Positives: Beautiful area, great for hiking and cycling, you can be in the old town by bike in 5-10 minutes. Negatives: Very expensive for the parking space we got. The parking spaces were very sloping and very narrow. Depending on your driving skills and control of the motorhome, it is rather difficult if you don't have full control of reversing. The water/emissions station was very difficult to reach in a construction site. We didn't see it where we drove up to, we couldn't empty it unless we used our waste water hose.

Annoying advertisement. When you search for hotels, you will see a cheap hotel room price for this resort. It's not for a hotel room, but for a mobile home spot. Just go away
