Reviews
But alltogether, I left this hotel disappointed — all special requests I made and hoped for remained unfulfilled. I specifically booked a room with mountain view, but the only way to see the mountain and lake was to step outside and lean sideways from the balcony.
This is really misleading and should be made clear during the booking process.
I also reserved a table with a view, in the hotel’s restaurant, for a romantic Birthday dinner; while the table was nicely decorated, there was again no valley or mountain view. What actually drove me to write this review is that even at breakfast we were not allowed to change tables due to their weird and rigid fixed-allocation system, which felt unnecessarily elitist - although there were more than 70% of the tables unoccupied at that time, we had to keep “our” table.
Bathrobes for the complimentary wellness area were in the room - however, no slippers or mini toiletries were provided in the room, which felt below expectations for this level (a 4 star hotel).
The breakfast was very good!
I had the 25 minute back massage, which was very good.
Try the homemade ‘Himbeere Lemonade’. It’s yummie!
One remark which might matter to one person more then the other: The wifi is slow and also the 4g reach is bad at this location, so if you really need to go online for a call or if you wish to stream or even do a quick google search, this could be an issue…
Attentive staff
Beautiful rooms
Great wellness area
A hotel that we would love to come back to again and again!
