Amazing Stay.. They were so accommodating when we arrived as we had a ski lesson booked. Got a room ready as soon as they could so we could check in before the lesson. Amazing food and the staff were exceptional. Rooms and the hotel itself was beautiful and the sauna and pool Amazing. Highly recommend this hotel if you want a fantastic experience.

We've been to Oberstdorf many times, but this was our first time at the Freiberg. Until now, we only knew the excellent restaurant, but this time we also booked the hotel. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. We don't know who selected the staff, but they are doing a fantastic job. In every department, the staff were incredibly friendly and competent. The rooms are functional and comfortably furnished. We have rarely slept so well in a hotel. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection, along with additional freshly prepared items. There's always a delicious selection of cakes available in the afternoon.

The spa area is rather small, but adequate for the size of the hotel. Unfortunately, the swimming pool isn't wheelchair accessible, so we could only use it to a limited extent.

Overall, we were very impressed and will definitely return.

One of the best Hotel experiences I have had so far! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is the perfect start for hiking trips or simply to relax in the wellness area/pool. I can highly recommend a stay and really want to thank the whole team for making our stay so worthwile evem though we were superunlucky with the weather…

The place to stay. Ein idealer Ort, um einen erholsamen und mit kulinarischen Höhepunkten gespickten Kurzurlaub zu genießen. Hervorzuheben sind das unaufgeregte und freundliche Personal, ein vorbildliches Frühstück, das sich bewusst von den üblichen Hotelangeboten abhebt, ein toller Aussenpool sowie ein hervorragendes Abendmenü auf Sterneniveau.

A small Hotel in a residential area but not far from the center. We had a "strange" room, number 12 3/4 instead of 13. No bad luck ! It's on the ground-floor with a terrace a few steps away from the pool and beside the spa. The room is the category "design comfort room ", nice bathroom with a rainshower, double sinks and a toilet with sliding door. The bathroom itself is open to the room. The room is rather warm, if you are used to sleep in a cold room, not perfect. A garden und 2 Restaurants add to the comfort.

The positive about the hotel is that everyone working there is very friendly and helpful . The rooms are spacious and clean, but there were no outlets by the bed which is a design error. We stayed in the main hotel and that’s a drawback as you have to cross the reception and Restaurants in a bathrobe to get to the wellness area . The outdoor pool is really nice but unfortunately we were never able to use the relax room as it was always full with people , which was disappointing. We eat primarily at the Fetzwerk which was open from 1 pm and had good options especially since we are vegetarians. All in all a good option if you stay in the area .

Very nice hotel with a modern flair, very friendly and courteous service, rich breakfast buffet, nicely laid out spa area with pool, saunas and massage. Inviting sun terrace with good drinks.

A very nice hotel; we've been there many times and will definitely stay here again and again. The wellness center is excellent, the room is beautiful, and the food is excellent—these are worth the higher price. Overall, it's highly recommended!
