Lovely and relaxing atmosphere, friendly personnel, delicious meals and spacious wellness area with a good selection of different saunas all set in a beautiful between lakes and mountains.

Nice and friendly wellness hotel for a relaxing weekend. Perfect for hiking or a trip to Neuschwanstein Castle. Rooms are spacious, newly furnished and clean. Breakfast and dinner (half-board) are tasty and offer a large selection. The wellness area can be quite crowded and especially for a treatment it's necessary to book ahead.

Misleading cover photo: that's not the hotel, on the cover photo, but Neuschwanstein Castle, a museum, where hotel guests will never live, for sure.

Such a relaxing environment with the most incredible scenery. The indoor/outdoor pool and spa facilities are excellent and the food (buffet dinner) was delicious. The price of the drinks in the bar was very reasonable (under €4 for a large beer) and the service was excellent. Strongly recommend staying here for a few days as there is lots to do and one night just isn't long enough!

We loved it! Pre set for the second time, always clean rooms, fresh towels, the staff is friendly and ensures that guests feel at home. The hotel is situated in a convenient location that allows easy access to shopping and to good restaurants and attractions. The hotel offers Spa services and delicious cuisine. Parking, Internet +
The prices are moderate for both resorts, is definitely the leader among possible other options. We all liked it, thank you!
