My husband and I stayed in the Rossini for 2 nights. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! Check-in was smooth - the receptionist spoke German and English and gave us all the info we needed for our stay in both languages (which was perfect as my husband only speaks English). The room was small, but we knew that when we booked. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room faced the church - as a heads up, the church bells ring every 15 minutes but stop at night. We only ate breakfast there on our last morning. They have everything you could want to eat and the dining space is beautiful. We went to the spa both nights, crossing the street in our bathrobes! We had a bit of trouble finding the entrance our first time, but the owners assisted us. The spa was beautiful with lots of baths and saunas to enjoy. We got dinner one night, the pizza was yummy. The only thing I would suggest is another map or two, as the spa is multiple floors and we sometimes forgot where things were. The hotel location was fantastic. Close to transportation, dining, kurpark, and funicular. I highly recommend staying at Moknis Palais Spa & Hotel if you're staying in Bad Wildbad.

This hotel is in perfect vicinity of Bad Wildbad. However, if you are expecting a very nice hotel itself, then you are mistaken. You are paying for the amenities the hotel provides, such as unlimited access to the spa, free travel on the tram, and discounts for nearby hotels. The towel dryer in our room was broken, and the hotel was outdated, but again - we were more interested in the amenities rather than the hotel. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was very friendly.

We stayed in the Badhotel section so we could get easy access to the thermal baths next door. We arrived late and had to self-checkin, but they gave us all the information we needed so it was no trouble. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is of a high standard. Early access to the thermal baths in the morning was wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was the staff, even short-handed over the Easter break the people in the hotel team were excellent.

We were expecting a 4-star hotel experience for the money we paid. We thought we booked the best possible hotel in town. We were deeply disappointed. There were no room services or cleaning of any kind for 7 days. Our beds were left unmade and untouched. We received fresh towels on day 6, after asking for them. All towels are worn and frayed. The bathroom sink did not drain. The furnishings and walls were dusty and tired. You can’t get even a glass of water or coffee anywhere on the premises after 10 am. The breakfast was great and the dining room is beautiful, but it is a shame that neither this room, nor any of the beautiful art deco spaces in the sister hotel across the walkway, are in use. No lights, no life, just dead unused space. As Wildbad natives, we remember how lively these spaces once were and we are sad for this town.

We have been here many times, the staff and service are flawless, the hotel itself is great and the breakfast has a large selection and, as always everything was fantastic and we will be back again.

We spent a weekend vacation there and booked it for its vicinity to Palais Thermal. In fact, the Badhotel building is connected to the spa and you can walk from your room in a bathrobe. The hotel offered excellent value for the money. The lady at the reception was super nice and helpful and even went outside to show us how to go to the bus stop. The comfort single room in the Badhotel building was clean and efficiently furnished, with a great view. Good for guests with allergies. The breakfast offers a wide selection of tasty food. Obviously, the main asset is their direct access to the spa, where I soent about 7 hours this weekend. The property seems to suffer, like so many places, from the Covid pandemic. The bar at Badhotel is closed and the restaurant at the Rossini offers dinner only until 7:30. At breakfast, they seem to save on heating. On the second morning, I made sure I was dressed warmly. Still, the positive experience prevailed and I intend to go back

We've been staying at Mokni's since about 2007. We moved back to the USA in 2013. When we return to Germany to visit family, we include a stay at Mokni's in our travel plans. Our recent trip showed us that they are able to maintain their level of quality service during these trying times of a pandemic. At check-in, I was made aware that the reservation I made by phone was in the Rossini property, not in Mokni's connected to the spa. She went out of her way to find us a room, make sure it was clean, and get us parked and checked in. We are very appreciative. The restaurant continues to offer a fantastic breakfast while adhering to COVID protocols. Our fish dinners were perfect! Visiting Mokni's is like coming back to visit friends. We love this place and their friendly and efficient staff.

My wife surprised me with a wonderful weekend at Mokni's Spa and Hotel. I took her here a couple of years ago for her birthday in the fall. Now that it is summer, the place is very different. It was a wonderful stay at these amazing spas. The staff at the hotel and the spa are fantastic. It was still kind of eerie that post COVID-19, the Bad Hotel part is still shut down and seem like something out of a Stephen King novel like the Overlook Hotel. Regardless, this place is a wonderful get away at any time of the year. The breakfast is included and is outstanding. Parking is available at only 8,00 Euro a night. Stay here, relax, and enjoy the day...or weekend.
