Excellent location on our journey. The check in was automatic with great communication in advance. Our room was spotless and just the right size for a family with 4 adults. Breakfast just right. Couldn’t ask for more.

Welcoming and friendly place in central Buehl 6 minute walk from the station. A cracking hotel with very friendly and kind staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. The room was small but perfectly clean and functional. A lovely waterside bar to enjoy a perfect pint of beer. The breakfast was well presented and had a lovely selection served by kind and smiling host. I really enjoyed my stay here and the area is wonderful.

Nice location in the middle of the community, with an excellent restaurant.

Shower screen does need some improvement but that is about all the negative points I can think of.

We were nervous about putting 5 people in one room. There was a bed for everyone, and room to move around. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every day . The location was perfect.

We made a last-minute reservation and left our luggage well in advance. As a result, they allocated two rooms for us to check in first. The service was very good. The room is slightly small, but overall it is clean and simple, quite comfortable, and the supporting facilities are also good. Their restaurant on the first floor seems to be very good. There are these two signs on the wall. Does anyone know what they mean?

The food is great and some of the service is ok, but the over all service level is just so far below the food.
We took the 3 course vegetarian menu with 12-13 people, very delicious, but overall to small portion sizes, it looked like they where not ready for such a big group at all, after asking us if we wanted to get the desert now or later we told them now and it still took them super long.

After that we went to the bar, where we wanted to order some more food, but the service didn't know if the kitchen was still open, and only told us after questioning him once more 30 minutes later. Olives that they had on the bar menu also couldn't be served since they also came from the kitchen.
Over the evening it felt like we had 10 different waitress serving us.
