Nice and clean rooms. Parking is at extra costs at the hotel car park. Very little communal area. If you just want a room to sleep for the night, it is fine. But if you travel with friends and would like to sit around and chat with a coffee, there are not much facilities at the hotel. It would be nice if at least they can offer some tea and coffee at the reception area.

What a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza Premium Heidelberg! The room was lovely — comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and fresh, tasty options that set us up nicely for the day. The staff were warm and friendly, always helpful and made us feel welcome from arrival to departure. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and pleasant stay!

Heidelberg is a walkable city and this hotel is located at a convenient spot for the same. It is within walking distance of the university. You can also easily access the Heidelberg Castle after a 30-minute walk from this place. There are multiple breakfast cafes and restaurants very close to the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and prompt with their service. Ola and Uber are also easily available in this area. Tram station is also a mere 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room size is small, but is equipped with all the facilities. If your budget allows, you should take a higher category room so that there is more space. The bathroom in was particularly beautiful and well-maintained.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Plaza Premium Heidelberg, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff was very accommodating. One area with room for improvement would be the vegan options at breakfast. It would be wonderful to see a broader selection to cater to diverse dietary needs in the future. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and I look forward to visiting again.
