Will always book here whenever I come to Mannheim.

Rooms are clean and comfy (though a bit small in terms of a big bed and no desk, but it doesn't matter because I don't stay in the room the whole day).

Breakfast is definitely worth it. I have a special diet, and everything was perfect; nothing ever ran out. If it did, the hardworking staff always replaced it immediately.

The cherry on top is when I accidentally left a jacket in the lounge when I checked out, and the staff managed to find it and ship it back to where I live ASAP.

Overall good location, good hotel with an optimal price(not too cheap and not too expensive). Workers were also extremely friendly and efficient

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! AWFUL!!! First off, they show the online price of $83, yet they charged $145. As soon as we check in, they say they have no hot water in the building and “they’re working on it” meanwhile you can’t take a shower unless you're an Eskimo and like showering in cold water when in 10 degrees outside! They didn’t even offer to discount you anything for the inconvenience of not having hot water. THEN…we get our key to the room and go to the elevator to go up 4 floors and WE GOT STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR FOR 10 MINUTES!!! Talk about scary. Then the size of the room was comparable to a tissue box. I will NEVER stay here again and highly encourage everyone else to look elsewhere unless you want an extremely bad experience. If I could give negative stars I would!

An upscale budget hotel with small but nicely decorated rooms. Quiet to the outdoors, but expect some noise from neighbouring rooms. Location is ok - not right in the centre of Mannheim but easily accessible by tram and in walking distance to the Technology Museum and Planetarium. Good breakfast. All in all a good stay if you are ok with the size of the room.

The rooms are great and clean. The beds be really comfortable and king-size, friendly stuff at the reception desk. The breakfast is good and delicious. I will visit again if i be in Mannheim Germany.

I've stayed in Mannhiem before but wanted to try this location. It is right next to a tram line that will take you straight into the city center without having to change lines. The breakfast offers everything you need and the staff take great care of the area to ensure every one can get what they need and seats remain open. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spots over the weekend, just pull a ticket and let the desk know when you check out. Simple, easy, and no hassle with getting in and out of this hotel. The friendly staff ensure you have what you need if you forgot anything, and there are some 24hr businesses in the area as well.

No complaints. I was expecting a total dump for 43 euros but we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed one night on the last leg of a cycling trip and were very comfortable. I didn’t want to get out of the bed or the shower early in the morning. We left at 6 so didn’t try the breakfast. It was very clean, friendly reception and we were lucky to have quiet or no people in the neighbouring rooms. I would suggest double locking bicycles at the side of the hotel just for peace of mind as it is dark and not a very busy part of the city.
