Hilton Garden Inn Stuttgart Neckar Park in Stuttgart

UPDATE 2025-11-11: The property manager contacted me to refund me for 1/2 of my stay. He indicated that they recently took over the property and are working to make improvements. Very excellent customer service.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
If it weren't for the location (right near Cannstatter Volksfest), this hotel would have been a 1 out of 5 star review.

The staff seemed to be a combination of confused, overwhelmed, and disinterested.

Check-in was mobbed, with one support staff person trying to get everyone checked. She seemed particularly overwhelmed, meanwhile there was someone sitting in an open office 10 feet away looking like she did not care at all. Another staff member peered out, and then decided to just walk away.

The hotel rooms were dirty and showed serious lack of care There was water staining on ceiling, broken shampoo dispensers, shower shelf hanging off wall, holes and stains in the carpet. On top of that, the thermostat looked to be about 100 years old and was unable to cool the room.

The common areas were nice, including the breakfast area and restaurant. However, they were nothing incredible.

Unless you are desperate for the location of the hotel, I would look elsewhere. I have shared all of this feedback with Hilton, and I will update the review if I get a response.

There was no enough towels , no slippers , it was only a bed and toilets… for more than 200€

Nothing special… It's next to the stadium. The advantage is that the Mercedes-Benz Museum is within walking distance.

There are actually only two washing machines, but no dryer… Breakfast was okay… If it weren't for the stadium or the Mercedes-Benz Museum, there might be better options in the city center.

I picked a hotel randomly when I passed by it occasionally during my trip. The surrounding facilities are very average. I feel that the surrounding area is not very safe. It is indeed very close to the Mercedes-Benz Museum and parking is very convenient.
