Staying in this hotel and enjoying the spa was a dream. The location is very idyllic, surrounded by beautiful nature in a very quiet environment. All the areas invite you to relax. The diner was perfect and the breakfast offered lots of choice.

Stayed here for a mid-week trip to the black forest. Hotel is easy to find, clean and the staff are very friendly. Room was spacious, with the sound of a small stream and a nearby church completing the experience. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel We stayed at the hotel for a night, really enjoyed the area around the hotel, saw some deers. The owner was very friendly. We had a lovely meat and cheese platters for dinner.

A very clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay in the countryside. The host was friendly and breakfast was good. From here you have direct access to wonderful hikes, and the lovely town of Wolfach is just 8 minutes away by car (worth a visit).

I stayed here in 2010 and 2012. Very pleasant both times. Good room size, clean, friendly staff, GREAT food, lovely atmosphere, perfect location.

Staff are really polite and helpful. My school has been coming here for 24 years now. The room facilities are great with a balcony overlooking the river and the fields. However the WiFi is very difficult to connect to and you have to keep constantly trying for 10-15 minutes to connect. One more improvement would be that some things like the cupboards are not very stable and are very old.

Went here with my group a while ago. Top accommodation for good money. As soon as we have a construction site in the area again, we'll be back. You can also shop late in the evening in the farm's own shop...sausage, bread, schnapps and much more from the farm.

Ok Seems like a nice hotel with good spa facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood.

Landhotel zum Pflug is a traditional hotel with a modern interior which is ideally situated for exploring the nearby Black Forest and the surrounding area. The rooms are comfortable with modern bathrooms. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and the service is very friendly and, at the same time, very professional. There is free private parking outside the hotel.

I rarely give a 5 to anyone. What you see presented in their website is EXACTLY what you get. Typical Alt-Deutsche design but modernized with great taste. Cuisine is wonderfully presented with friendly service. Very comfortable. You get what you pay for here. Very good value for your €uro. I've been here many times and they consistently render the highest service, quality and cleanliness.

I am not a biker and this place is fantastic for bikers, but don't let that put you off if you are a non biker as we're talking responsible bikers. Food is good, drinks are reasonably priced and in my short visit the staff were friendly and toilets spotless.

We had an amazing weekend here with the family including our dog. We were greeted by a cute dog when we arrived. Then Ingolf went out of his way to make our experience great. He made us a big bowl of pasta since we were hungry from traveling. He even played fussball with our daughter, so my husband and I could enjoy breakfast together the next morning. This hotel can not be reviewed in the usual way. I am giving rooms and service a straight four and the location a five. I also know that other visitors might disagree. We booked 2 double rooms - very big rooms and pristine clean. Splendid service with owner himself involved and available most of time and putting eye for details for a great experience for all guests. Great location with very nice views, super nice breakfast. Ideal location for hikes, and within short driving distance to Europa-Park, Zip-Lines, Cuckoo Clock and many other places. Enjoyed a lot !

Somewhat older hotel with a great view of the valley. staff very friendly. Could do with a major refurbishment, with some paint and new wood this could be a big upgrade. Wellness area small but pleasant. Breakfast completely sufficient. Town center within walking distance, as well as various hiking trails.

My partner and I ended up coincidentally having lunch here twice in six months while exploring the area, and had a great time! The Maultaschen especially were incredible, highly recommend!

I stayed here for 2 night with my cousin for our Holiday in the Black Forest, during our roadtrip through Europe. The service was AMAZING! The owner is very nice, knows a lot about the place and the Black Forest, knows almost every hotspot and is most of all very, very kind. Besides that is waking up to the sound of cowbells truly "wunderschön".

Very nicely renovated restaurant, decorated with love. Really great, super nice service with a 2 meter large menu on wheels! 😂 The homemade spaetzle were a meal in themselves, delicious!! But the rest was delicious too. If we come by again, we'll check back in. 👍🤗

After a hard day of cycling the Krone was a welcome rest are. Very nice clean, spacious rooms, quite and peaceful area, only the cows in the fields around you, farming area. The hotel has its charm, it is a family hotel, and it is evident that they operate it with love. The staff is very friendly and the swimming pool was very good (a bit cold but enjoyable). We arrived late to Triberg, and to our surprise, the host picked us up from the station via his luxury car, making two turns for a group of 5 people. An excellent place to stay at in this small town. Cozy rooms, food at breakfasts is great, good location. Special thanks to the staff, extremely helpful! We needed some hot water late at night twice, they were very nice to get it for us. The only downside is that they don't have an elevator. Otherwise, this is a perfect place. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed at this lovely hotel for a week in June. It is in one of the best locations possible. It is very close and just a short easy walk to Triberg falls (the main attraction in town) and it is super close to the main downtown area. Great location, great breakfast, and a great pool. However, we paid for an extra bed in the room, and when I went to put my daughter to bed, I noticed a strong urine odor. It took a very long time to get a replacement bed brought to the room. When I mentioned the issue at checkout, staff were unwilling to make it right, even though we paid for a bed we couldn’t use at first. Very disappointing.

You'll never want to leave This was the best stay ever. If you get the chance to visit here, try for at least two nights, if not more. We hated to leave. The spa is wonderful. The restaurant has an amazing menu. They do a fantastic job with the breakfast buffet. Absolutely beautiful property.

Lovely hotel in beautiful nature setting! I absolutely loved this place! We had a family room for 4 and it was so roomy and nice. This place is in the middle of nowhere and was down windy small road but SO worth it! We had a very nice breakfast and we didn't take advantage but there was a spa on property as well.
