Hotel Blüchersruh in Bad Berneck im Fichtelgebirge

They only want to take your money without providind the service you paid for !!

I made a booking to this pension after 20:00 for the same evening requesting a check-in between 22:00 and 23:00.

I got a mesage that they can not accomodate this request, even though the reservation system did allow to make bookings after that hour.

I understood the situation and called the reception and ask for a refund. To my surprise the lady refused to give the money back while also restating that she can not accommodate me that night, basically leaving me on the road and also with money taken.

More than that, she was also very unpolite during the call screaming that she is not in the mood to explain me the T&C of the reservation and that I should have read them before booking.

Still, refusing the refund since I did not use their service is something I can not understand.

With all those being said I would imagine a similar behaviour might happen with other customers, so would like for other persons to be aware about this before booking this property.
